Superb throughout, explained problem, sorted problem and also gave pointers to stop it happening again. Jay is knowledgeable and helpful, prompt and fantastic value for money. Forget the big companies, use someone local who actually cares and gives you value for money, I’ve saved his number and won’t use anyone else now for my drainage jobs.

I have no idea what went wrong. Good communication to start with, given a great price to unblock and remove a drain rod plunger and to do the job the day after. Had a text the day after that there was a problem with job currently on and could come on Saturday before 12. Messaged at 11:50 and never received a reply or the job carried out. I hope the lad is ok as the message still says “delivered” but not “read”. Maybe he lost the phone and wiped out all contacts and emails. It’s not a problem and the company seems decent. I’m not chasing or hounding with calls, shouldn’t have to. I’m sure there is a perfectly good explanation. Please take this as constructive. We move on. Drainage channel installed in front of garage due to steep drive sending rainwater straight into garage previously. Jay was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. A quote for the work was sent through promptly, and a date agreed on to carry out the work. Work was carried out professionally and with the minimum of fuss. Was a pleasure to deal with.

Had a blocked drain in garden, rang for a call out. Was told that it was a Northumbria water problem, gave me the number for them, they arrived and unblocked the drain. How honest is that, thank you very much for your advice. I am sure other companies would have come out regardless and charged a fortune!

I had a blocked drain which on inspection was a shared drain. Rather than charging me to clear it he called Northumbrian water as it is their responsibility to clear this portion. Good honest and professional service.

Since moving into the property I have had problems with sewage drainage, asI have never experienced any problems with drainage before I attempted to unblock the drain myself to no avail. Feeling extremely embarrassed I contacted Diamond Drainage, Michael was reassuring and helpful, he arrived, unblocked the drain, investigated the problem using CCTV. Michael was extremely reassuring taking the time to explain and outline the problem, the joints were raised and there were also cracks in the pipe work making it impossible for anything to pass along the pipe. The team arrived promptly the following morning. As soon as they arrived they started work to replace the pipe work. The team worked dilegently to rectify the problem they were professional, efficient, well mannered and tidy. The paving and cement work has been reinstated to a high standard, as per image. I highly recommend Diamond Drainage and would have no hesitation using their services in the future. Many thanks, much appreciated.

Main drain was blocked, and all pipes leading of had also been blocked. Lads got straight to work and managed to get it all unblocked with out any problems. Very pleasant guys did a fantastic job would definitely recommend to anyone who has drain blocked.

I called Diamond Drainage and Groundworks this morning when we woke up to find the garden under water after last nights heavy rain. It wasn't flowing down the drain and despite attempting to get my hand down there I couldn't clear the blockage. The gents at Diamond came out within the hour to investigate, they investigated the problem and and removed all of the leaves that were clogging the drain. The service was fast, reliable, friendly and much cheaper than other firms I had called who couldn't visit until the next day. Thank you.

Great job today thank you. Blocked sink drain which was causing a really bad smell in the house. Unblocked and flushing within an hour. Only cost us £34 which was much cheaper than anyone else online.
