An excellent hall which is a very good size and reasonably priced. Booking process and getting of keys etc. Was very easy and all the facilities were readily available. I booked for a childrens party and it was perfect for that.
Just the right size hall for the function we had. Roughly around 40/50 people plus kids, could hold more but that was comfortable for us! Amazing communication. Answered questions within good time and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely higher the hall again!

Hired the hall for a baby shower. It was perfect, so much space for the little people to have fun and run around. We hired Deverell Hall for a scout fund raiser because we needed a large local hall. Having never even been Deverell Hall before we were all really happy with the space and facilities available. Everyone from the hall was very helpful towards us and our needs, explaining the process clearly as we went. Thank you for helping us and we look forward to coming back. So much space to play with! Just had my daughters second birthday party there! Even fitted a bouncy castle in too! Everything was easily accessible! The staff were amazing too! Left the key where it was easy to get to too! So reliable with help! Thank you and will hire in the future again! ?.
Held a Charity Fashion Show here on 19/05/15. Before booking the hall we were able to have a look around to ensure its suitability for event. We hired the downstairs hall which was large and square which was ideally suited to our event. There was also a kitchen and another room we were able to use. All rooms were clean and tidy and caretaker very helpful also car park out back and space in front for parking. Good disabled access and side doors to get equipment etc. Inside with ease. Would definitely recommend this hall if you thinking of holding a similar event - will be hoping to use again in future! ? .

Great hall for a children's party. Nice, friendly service with an added bonus that the hall key was dropped to me at my house. I would definitely recommend this for a party.
I hired the main hall for my daughter's birthday disco and was not disappointed. The venue is perfect for a teenager's party, it is very clean and tidy. The whole process of hiring the venue was made incredibly easy and Doug was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this venue and Doug to anyone thinking of hiring a hall in the future.
We hired the upstairs room for the purpose of a management meeting with the residents of our new housing development. The room was very clean and tidy and the facilities were good. It is excellent value for money and the bookings manager Doug was professional and very helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend.
We hired the hall for our daughters 13th Birthday disco, from the 1st contact to the team at Deverell hall are friendly and approachable. Questions are answered very quickly and the team are very amicable to requests. The hall is a great size, very clean and in good state a decor. Would highly recommend to anyone. I hired Deverell Hall for my theatre school, OmniArts Performing School's first show. Doug was fantastically helpful throughout the whole process, and the stage is brilliant for an amateur stage. The hall was very good value for money, and the space available was perfect for our needs. I look forward to using Deverell Hall for more of our performances in the future.
We had our daughters 5th birthday party at the hall, we had 30 children plus their parents and an entertainer, so the size of the hall was perfect. All facilities provided were easily accessible and ideal. The hall was clean and tidy and well presented. The service provided was outstanding and all communications was dealt with in a timely, efficient manner. I would agree the hall is exceptional value for money.
A fantastic booking from beginning to end! I appreciated the constant communication and the speedy response to my many questions! As it was a surprise party for my husbands birthday, the support I received was invaluable! We will def be using you again for any future bookings we may need.
