I have been visiting Tiina for many years and cannot recommend her dedicated, skilled and supportive bodywork approach highly enough. She has trained in a range of therapeutic disciplines and continually updates her practice with ongoing training. I have received bodywork in both a focused way to address particular physical challenges and a more holistic ‘maintenance’ way and have found the treatments invaluable and far reaching, supporting me on levels beyond the muscular skeletal system! I have received many massage and other bodywork treatments over the decades and am so glad to have to connected with Tiina. I Wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

I have been visiting Tiina on and off for a few years now, when my back has become particularly painful and debilitating, and also following chiropractic treatment. Most recently, not just my back, but also my right hip and left foot needed treatment and I was unable to walk more than a few yards without my whole body frame becoming twisted, with one side of my body 'dropping'. Tiina always asks questions and listens carefully, before, during and after treatment and asks for an update a few days later to ensure that the treatment she is giving is helping, and also so that she can plan future massage sessions. Treatment is gentle but very effective, building up to more vigorous massage techniques where needed. Her knowledge and expertise of the human body and treatments are impressive and she is constantly updating these, most recently introducing me to neurovascular release methods for me to use at home, along with movements and stretches which can usefully be done between sessions, to continue the healing process. She is also very aware of personal space and modesty/dignity, which can be an issue for many people. I can wholeheartedly recommend Tiina. .

I have suffered with a back problem for many years, having found Tiina Sivori of Detox and Relax I have not looked back at all. Tiina is an extremely professional and very knowledgeable. There have been times when I could hardly walk to her for my treatment and was able to walk away almost pain free. I have been very fortunate to find Tiina and have benefitted massively from the treatments she has done for me. I have been a client for about 18 months having treatment every two weeks. Tiina is a very experienced therapist. I am a belly dance teacher and she listens to my explanation of where my problems are and targets those spots. I have had sports massage with other therapists which have been very uncomforable. Tiini's deep tissue treatment, stretching and working the muscles is gentle and I do find myself occasionally drifting off, the atmosphere being calm and relaxing. I always feel so much better and relaxed after a treatment. I would always recommend Tiini.

The regular Thai Yoga massage sessions have been an excellent antidote to the hectic lifestyle I lead and have no hesitation in recommending Tiina as a very professional and friendly practitioner.

As a local teacher of yoga, I was delighted to find someone who did Thai Yoga Massage in Aylesbury, as it's nice for me to be looked after sometimes too! I cannot praise Tiina highly enough. She is highly qualified, experienced, professional, intuitive and caring and I can honestly say that the Thai Yoga floor massage and table massages I've had with her over the past few years are the best I've ever had. She is so knowledgeable, she doesn't just apply a set routine; she gives you what you need - exactly as I teach yoga. She's wonderful! I had a restriction in my shoulder which prevented proper internal rotation following a spell on crutches, which nobody could release; not me, not acupuncture, not physio, nothing and Tiina has restored my full movement again. I adore her and hope she never stops practicing as I don't want to go anywhere else. I've asked my family to stop buying me Spa vouchers for presents and they aren't a patch on Tiina. Tiina has been a god-sent to me and I'm convinced she has special powers. Due to a chronic pain condition (fibromyalgia) I have the pleasure of her company once a week when her powerful hands try to relieve some of the tight muscles and associated pain. Her professional attitude to her work: every session starts with a short consultation, where she finds out about my pain levels since my last treatment with her, anything that might have influenced that and then we decide jointly on a plan de campagne for that specific session. 2. Her amazing knowledge of physiology and how she applies this practically during the session, searching out and tackling problems she comes across (rather than going through the same routine every time). 3. Her proactive searching for more medical info on my condition in order to enable her to search and treat more specifically. 4. The fact she never makes you feel you're on a conveyor belt of clients. I'm yet to meet any of her other clients. She schedules sufficient extra time to deal with any problems along the way.5. I always leave with 'homework': stretching exercises designed specifically to deal with my problems associated with my condition. Thanks to her dedicated work I am able to do more than simply 'exist'. Her rates are competitive with other salons, and no more expensive than other places I've previously frequented. The first place I truly feel I get value for money. I trust her implicitly and appreciate her intellect and maturity. Tiina is the most competent and professional massage therapist I have ever used. Her knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the body is very assuring. Her treatment room is scrupulously clean and well appointed. I am not a fan of ‘flimsy’ massages so I appreciate her deep tissue work. I can thoroughly recommend the Thai Yoga massage too, I arrive feeling tired and tense and leave feeling re-energised. I cannot recommend this therapist enough.
