The removal of the old first floor conservatory and instalation of a new one was carried out in only 4 days. The work was done efficiently with every consideration being given to me and my property. I am delighted with my new conservatory. This is the second time I have had work done by this company and would certainly use them again.

I got my windows and doors done fitted by Andy and his team in 2016, everything was perfect from the price, timing, fitting and end product, they were so professional. 3 years later I needed the invoice for the tax man, which I had mislaid. I contacted Andy and he emailed me the invoice within the hour. I recently contacted Andy again as I was selling the house and needed a document, again he got back to me within the hour. The after sales service of Detail Windows and Doors is impeccable and six years later my windows and doors still look brand new, which is testament to their workmanship and the quality of products they use.

Got a full-house of triple glazing put in in Nov 2015; Worked fast and cleanly, kept me updated hour-to-hour on how work was going, and made sure that I wasn't "locked out" of any rooms at all whilst working. He took serious pride in his work (Even spotted a ding in one window unit that I'd not noticed, and had it replaced the next morning) and helped to find an electrician to install the powered vent in the bathroom. The whole set of windows has really improved the look of the house, and stands out as not just being "Job done" but "Job done absolutely impeccably". A few months later when one of the window catches was sticking, he came straight out to fix it and didn't ask for a penny or quibble about how it had got stuck. Absolutely brilliant, would happily recommend him to anyone.

Andy has recently installed a front window and front door for me. When I read the reviews, I thought he sounded too good to be true! But after seeing several people, I quickly realised Andy was the man for the job. It was important for me to work with someone who I could relate to and was not pushy or just looking for a sale. He gave me good solid advice on what would look good, when the other's would have just installed like for like. He was extremely patient when I couldn't decide on the colour of my door, but reassured me it would look really nice, and it certainly does. I can't stop looking at it! Andy certainly comes highly recommended by me. I've already asked Andy for a quote for further work in the very near future, which was speedily received, and accepted without hesitation. Andy came out to provide advice on an upstairs bay window. He re-flattened some of the lead flashing and stuck down two loose upvc strips. As it was a quick job he didn't even charge me. I can't recommend Andy highly enough. A shining example of what customer service should look like.

Andy Royston fitted me a new double glazed window panel and three new lockable handles to three other windows. The work was to very high standard and good value for money.
