The Design Review Panel™ operates across the country, offering unbiased, expert design evaluations from a diverse Panel of construction industry professionals at the pre-application phase of planning. The service is available to both applicants and local governments. According to paragraph 138 of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), the insights and feedback provided by The Design Review Panel™ play a significant role in the planning application process, serving as an essential material consideration.

The Design Review Panel is formed of a pool of multi-disciplinary professionals from all sectors of the construction industry. All volunteer Panel members are required to adhere the the Panel's code of conduct and Customer Charter.
