Could not recommend Dekrastone enough! The whole process was stress-free, professional and seamless. Nothing was any trouble. Lyndsay in the show room, was very approachable and knowledgeable and Emma who arranged fitting for us- nothing was a bother even when we decided on additions. Kris who templated, was professional and very thorough and was happy to answer any questions. And finally Graham and Mariusz were professional and very polite. Everything was done to perfection and I am over the moon with everything!

I'm really pleased I bought my kitchen worktop from Dekrastone. All the team are extremely professional, very knowledgeable and highly efficient. From when I chose and ordered the stone, to the template and then the fitting I recieved five star customer service from each and every team member. I especially want to say a big thank you to Lyndsey. She was very very helpful and patient. She made sure I was kept in the loop at every stage of the process. And was always happy to answer any of my queries. Thankfully the prices are very competitive too which was a huge bonus. I'm really happy with my worktop and the finished result. Dekrastone have been a pleasure to deal with. They have an excellent range of products, great customer service and provide a fantastic service. Overall excellent value for money and we did do a lot of research before choosing them! Their communication has been the best we have come across during our renovation and we are delighted with the finished worktops and the whole process. They were very accommodating when we pressed pause after measuring, to alter our kitchen island and it was a quick turnaround when we were ready to fit.

Great product and service. What stood out most was the polite and helpful attitude from Imogen at the office and also the same friendly polite professional service from the fitting lads. Everyone knows any company that provides a service is only as good as the people on the ground and this showed in the way the men conducted themselves. A credit to their company.
