I ordered a Diamond and Tanzanite ring the third ring I have ordered from Richard, the service was superb and the ring stunning.

We had our rings size altered and our jewellery valued by Richard. He did a very professional job at a really affordable price. Not only that, our rings came back as shiny as the day we bought them! We are very impressed and would happily recommend Debretts Jewellery.

What a pleasure to deal with a company that has good old fashioned customer service at it's core. Nothing is too much trouble and I was given expert advice on my purchase of a diamond ring which is something you won't get at most high street jewellers. I believe the advice given saved me from making a very expensive mistake and I acheived real value for money. The only thing you won't get at DeBrett's is the 'hard Sell', I was given advice and some recommendations and was left to think about it and purchase when I was ready. I highly recommend DeBrett's and will be purchasing from them again.

I contacted Richard from Debrett's Jewellery in regard to purchasing an engagement ring. The service he provided in terms of answering questions, achieving my required design and meeting up as required was great. The quality of the final ring was fantastic and also when it was established that I had given Richard the wrong ring size he adjusted it very quickly at no extra cost. I couldn't have expected any more.

I decided to buy a ring before I “popped the question”…risky? Whilst trawling the internet for images of engagement rings I came across Debrett’s Jewellery and ultimately Richard Bruton. Richard imparted a great deal of information about diamonds and help me select one, he then arranged for a ring; (I had a picture) to be made to carry the diamond. My proposal was accepted! More recently Richard has had a wedding ring cast to match the shape of the engagement ring, the rings are beautiful. It has been a delight dealing with Richard, he has been patient, informative, honest and dependable; his prices are also very competitive.

I have read all the reviews for DeBrettes before writing my own and I have to say I agree with them all. I needed a replacement engagement ring as I lost one of the stones in the original years ago and was not in the financial position to replace it until now. Having never bought jewellery on line before I was anxious to see the items I was interested in. That was no problem to Richard at all. I wanted to look at an engagement/eternity ring set I had seen on the site. I must say the rings were more beautiful than their images on screen suggested. Just to say thank you to Richard - my mother loved the beautiful necklace which I purchased for her birthday present. I was nervous about buying jewellery on line but I must say that Richard was extremely helpful and necklace was in excellent condition.

Richard believes in personal customer care, excellent service, honesty, quality jewellery and extensive knowledge of diamonds, which is very rare these days. After speaking to him I ordered a ring on Wednesday on the website. The ring had to be downsized by several sizes and virtually remade to fit my finger. I received it on Friday along with a written valuation. WOW my ring absolutely stunning and looks gorgeous on my finger. It looks brand new even though it is second hand.
