De Lady Salon

I visited De-Lady for the first time yesterday and let's just say it won't be the last. She is very knowledgeable, kind and a high spirited lady that my experience at her new salon (which I must say is amazing! ) was excellent. I didn't know exactly what I wanted so I took her advice and now I am more than happy with the results. I've been trying to grow my hair for 4 years due to previous damage and this is the first time I have hope that it will grow from the advice received. Thank you De-Lady, even though I live in Scotland I will definitely be back again.

I went to De lady salon this morning for the first time to have a deep moisturising treatment and I had a very pleasant experience there. The people are lovely, my hair felt great and looked fantastic by the end of the treatment. I'm definitely looking forward to my next hair appointment as they seem. To know their stuff :0).

De Lady is an excellent hairdresser. I have learned to love my hair more and be more confident about it after visiting the salon. The staff are delightful and make you feel at ease. De Lady is very knowledgeable and passionate about hair and the results are always excellent.

Amazing service at the De lady hair salon. I must say having my hair done at this salon has revived my love for my hair. I care more about taking care of my hair now. This has been perhaps the first time I have had my hair properly relaxed. It is also a great atmosphere with friendly staff. Having recently had the crotchet braids done absolutely well here, I can't wait to try other styles with this service.

Excellent hairdresser who takes exceptionally good care of your hair. A cut above other salons I have been in who only care about what you look like when you come in. Lady (the owner) has cared for my hair and offered me advice for in between appointments which have proven to work wonders. Lady made me a promise the first time she treated my hair and has fulfilled that promise to date. Thank you Lady. I would therefore recommend this hairdressers to those that want their hair to look nice and healthy from root to tip.

Never again, had to wait over an hour (i came early for my appiontment) then the hairdresser was more concerned about conversating with (i think she was the receptionist). Finished result: my hair was not at all what I asked for, when I confronted the hairdresser she was rude and offensive. I will never support her business again!

Excellent experience. It was my first time at De Lady Salon and I was warmly received. The atmosphere is very friendly indeed and De Lady completely put me at ease. I left the salon feeling well looked after. A very professional service.

I have natural hair and it's very hard to find a good hairdresser but I enjoyed going to De Lady. I had a wash and straighten - the service was very good, I felt relaxed and welcome in the salon. Will definitely be going back!

Visitng the salon is always a treat! There is a great atmosphere. The staff are kind and friendly, and their talent for styling and haircare ensures a wonderful experience.

I was quite impressed with the service. I have natural hair and got a protein arosci treatment. Although I had a sensitive scalp, the lady was patient with me and had a good sense of humour to get me through. The end result was beautiful and would definitely return.

Brilliant service. Lovely staff. Having recently moved to London from up North I sought out a new hairdressers with much anxiety having had my hair ruined in the past by shoddy 'hairdressers'. I have relaxed hair and a sensitive scalp and it does not take much for me to have my hair ruined or to lose it for that matter! But I was very reassured after meeting the professional staff at De Lady's and I LOVED the end result. I have now been twice and have recommended this hairdressers to my friends and family. I went there today to have a wash, blow dry, cut and tong. I was impressed from the moment I rang the salon to be be greeted by a friendly voice. It was quick and effortless to book an appointment. On entering the salon for my appointment, I was greeted by a warm and friendly stylist who offered me a cup of tea. I was also impressed that the stylist also had non relaxed Afro hair like me and was able to tell me about treatments available to keep my Afro hair in top condition. The stylist listened to me about what style of haircut I wanted and the final hair cut was great! I will definitely come back for my next cut! By the way the De Lady Salon has now moved to Waterloo. (47 Baylis Road SE1 7AU).

I went to this salon recently to have Strand by Strand extensions done and wow! I was so impressed with the work De Lady (the owner) did on my hair. They are true profesionals, they took time to analyse my hair and recommend treatments. There was a very warm and welcoming environment. The prices are very reasonable for the location. You can pay by card, it's easy to get to by public transport and there's car parking outside. I highly recommened this salon to anyone. If you want extensions, get the Strand by Strand extensions it's so versatile and lasts longer, just Excellent!
