What an excellent job! I'm so glad I found D&C. Dave started the job within a week of me contacting him. They job was done quickly, tidily, efficiently, and for a most reasonable price. Dave and his mate were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I have NO hesitation ir recommending them!

We contracted D&C Roofing Blackpool to re-roof our 3 bedroom bungalow. The works included;- Complete Re-roof including dry ridge system. - Re-felting of Porch. - Installation of new Fascias, Sofitts and Gutters. - Installation of new Cladding to front window. Dave provided us with a detailed quotation for all the works listed above and despite facing some challenges during the works, as old properties tend to throw up, worked within the original estimated price. We took a number of estimates from a selection of roofing companies before proceeding and found D&C Roofing Blackpool's pricing to be very competitive. The works were completed in June 2020. Dave was transparent on the works that were required and the materials used were of the highest standard purchased through local roofing/builders merchants. Dave and his team completed the works to a great standard and within the time scale outlined in the quotation. Above all else we found Dave to be honest and reliable, something which can be a challenge when looking to contract trades companies. On two occasions this roofer was meant to turn up for the work to be carried out. Both times he has came up with poor excuses as to why he cannot do the job. Save your time and choose a different roofer. Rude, unprofessional and unreliable.

Dave fitted new soffits and facias to our property. I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever about my decision to employ him. The quality of his workmanship and his polite and professional approach was a real pointer as to how confident you can be in the finished product. He works quickly without compromising quality and leaves your property clean and tidy on completion. I would say if you are considering having any roofing or associated work done, have no hesitation in employing D&C Roofing. His rates are competitive as well.

Dave replaced our flat garage roof, he gave us a very fair price for the work and has done a really great job. Both guys worked solidly on the job, cleared up as they went and even did a couple of other jobs for us. The work has been guaranteed for 20 years and the garage looks amazing - really great job and nice guys too who were prepared to go the extra mile, would definitely use D&C again and would recommend to anyone.

Dave and Colin from Dave Pearce Roofing Specialist are two of the nicest guys you can have working on your property. Its nice to know that in a town like Blackpool which is full of cowboy builders and roofers (you know who you are) that you can still find 'proper' tradesmen. Everything from the quality of the materials, to the skill in doing the job, and keeping the job clean and finally what matters to a lot of people; the price, I would challenge anybody to find better. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone that values a first rate job with old fashioned values of workmanship, quality and customer service. By the way I didn't just have a couple of tiles replaced. Dave and Colin fully renovated my garage roof and sorted out my kitchen extension roof which a previous; inferior roofing contractor had made a complete hash of. We needed a repair doing to our double garage - the work was of a high standard and the the site was cleared after the work was completed. All this was done in one day. A job well done.

Dave recently stripped, reboarded and felted a bay roof for me. I'd seen Dave's work on a job he was doing next door and was happy to give him the work at a very good price. Would happily recommend and would use again for any roofing requirements I have in the future.

Mr Pearce replied to my job post within a day of me putting it up, he was honest about the work that needed to be done and his quote was very good. His work and materials used were to the highest standard and completed the work in the time scale he said, there were no hidden extras and the final bill was the same price as the quote. Both Dave and his team cleaned up and removed all mess created and they were very friendly. After the job was finished I asked him to look at my front bay roof as I had broken slates, he did this gladly and carried out the extra work at no extra cost. I would recommend D&C to anyone who ask for a roofer, all in all a great guy and a great worker.

D&C recently converted our loft for us allowing us to have more room, They provided us with a free estimate and a reasonable quote,I am very happy with the finish and the work was completed in good time, I would definatley ring them again as we found the work carried out to be a really high standard at a low cost we could afford,and I will be reccomending them in the future.
