I graduated from Focus training with a Personal Trainer level 3 degree in 2019, and since then I have been working as a personal trainer at db's workouts, a well-known fitness studio in East London.
My aim is to guide my clients to a better and healthier lifestyle and to help them achieve and surpass their original goals. I have helped many clients to transform their bodies and minds through fitness training and good nutrition, using my knowledge, personal experiences, tips, and secrets. I specialize in toning, weight loss, and muscle gain, and I tailor my workouts to suit each client's needs, preferences, and abilities.
