NICEIC - National Inspection Council for Elec...Daymz ltd is a small electrical business which concentrates mainly in domestic electrical services for landlords and homeowners. The company works hard and believes that the customer is always right. Honesty is key to gaining your trust, which is the aim of DAYMZ ELECTRICAL therefore a work code towards 17th edition of BS 7671 wiring regulations currently is always undertaken. We are NICEIC registered which means that we are permitted to undertake all kinds of electrical installations.
Service offered domestically- split into three groups Installation, Maintenance and testing/ inspection.
Installations consist of:
Full House rewire, fuse box upgrade, consumer unit upgrade, extra socket outlets, lighting, earthing, bonding, supplementary bonding, electrical installations to an extension or garage. If it's domestic and electrical Daymz electrical will be able to deal with it.
Maintenance consists of;
Usually LET properties which require ongoing maintenance from, fitting a light bulb to electrical certification. Includes emergency and non-emergency call out. Both Reactive and Pro-active.
Testing/ Inspection.
We conduct Electrical Inspection Condition Report (EICR) formally known as Periodic reports, PAT, smoke alarm and fire alarm annual testing. Also general fault finding and testing, using specialist test equipment.
The company is managed by Brad Dayment who has been working in the Electricians market for many years. Having previously worked for Jacksons property services, Brad Dayment is more than qualified to look after the company.

Brad is a friendly and professional fire safety officer. He came around to check our HMO today and just from speaking with him and watching him work, it is obvious to tell that he knows his stuff and really does care about keeping people safe. Brad recently did quite a few electrical jobs around our flat - installed one new outdoor light, fixed another, fixed faulty wiring for the lights in our lounge, fixed our cooker hood and removed an old fire alarm. All the jobs were completed satisfactorily and very quickly. We were really happy with his work, he was really friendly - we will definitely use his services again and I have already recommended him to a friend.
