Davide provided a design and project management service for myself. He provided several option sketches, talking time to explain his vision, he took the chosen option to final design and gained the building warrant. He wrote the tender documentation and assisted with the vetting of a builder. During the build phase he was on site to deal with any issues and provided real world solutions, Davide also designed bespoke features (fireplace/Tv unit and built in bathroom shelving in the shower area). Davide also assisted in choosing paint and other decorations, He was passionate about retaining as many period features he could.

Davide was tasked with transforming our Victorian tenement from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom flat with new kitchen, support beams and almost a complete reconfiguration of the flat. We couldn't have done the work without his eye for detail, focus on the project as well as creative ideas and suggestions. Davide was also on hand to interview perspective builders with us and, we believe, helped us achieve maximum value for money on the project. Thank You.

The major refurbishment of our tenement flat was, without a doubt, made much less arduous and flowed more easily throughout the 12 week project, entirely due to Davide's dedication to his role. The project involved the following:Demolition and stripping out of the whole flat. Removal and replacement of all windows. Removal and replacement of existing electrical system. I was very happy with the service offered - Davide was efficient and kept in touch. He was very clear on costs and was very helpful when we had some hitches with Building Control regarding our building warrant. All in all, we are very pleased with the plans for our mezzanine loft conversion and the result of our project.

We commissioned Davide to design a two story side extension to our 1930s end terrace and take it through the planning process and project manage the build. From our initial meeting right through the process it was a pleasure to work with him. Davide quickly grasped our requirements about maximising space in the proposed extension. He produced a series of drawings that set out different layout options and talked us through them. It was clear that he had a good understanding of the planning process in Glasgow, and the particular requirements of the city Council's Planning Department. Once we had secured planning permission for our extension, Davide issued detailed tender documents and project managed the building work once we had appointed a builder. His attention to detail is excellent and he was good at ensuring the builders followed his plans to the letter. For design work and drawings to support a loft conversion in a '60 semidetached house. All drawings and analysis were done to a high standard, Davide was responsive to proposed changes as the design developed and all completed at a very reasonable cost. Plans passed through the building regulations without any problems.

It was great working with Davide who helped with the design and planning application for 1. Removal of an internal wall to make a small living room and kitchen into one great family room 2. Move of an internal wall to expand bathroom / allow for the addition of a stairs to new loft area 3. Design and planning for new loft bedrooms and bathroom. Davide has just recently updated the shopfront on an Ice Cream parlour that I have just opened. Davide turned my vague, rambling thoughts into a modern workable design that I am delighted with. Not only was Davide responsible for the design but he commissioned the graphics and designed the company logo and shop signage too. Davide was very communicative and always responded to any questions or queries that I had without delay. I hired David to complete the relevant work for a garage to kithchen convertion. All the drawings were completed quickly and he helped me find a suitable building contractor. Communication was excellent and I would highly reccomend his services.

I am in the process of having my loft converted and I used Davide to draw up the plans and deal with all of the associated red tape. In this he has performed admirably. Any queries were answered swiftly, any alterations to the plans discussed and implemented quickly and all for a very reasonable price.
