We arrange mortgages for a wide range of circumstances. First-time buyers come to us for guidance on deposits, affordability, stamp duty thresholds and lender criteria so they can move forward with confidence. Home movers benefit from our help porting existing deals or arranging new finance for their next property. Remortgage clients work with us when their current deal is ending - we review the whole market alongside product transfers with their existing lender to find a suitable next step. Buy-to-let landlords and property investors use our service for individual purchases, expanding portfolios, limited-company structures and HMO arrangements. We also have particular experience supporting self-employed applicants, contractors, company directors and clients with complex incomes, working with lenders who properly understand SA302s, dividends, retained profits and day-rate contracts.

Alongside mortgage advice, we arrange the protection cover that goes hand-in-hand with owning a home. This includes life insurance - term life, family income benefit and whole-of-life options - to protect families and ensure mortgages are covered in the event of the unexpected. We also arrange income protection insurance, which pays a monthly income if illness or injury stops you working, and buildings and contents insurance to meet lender requirements and protect your home and possessions. Where appropriate, we bring these together as a mortgage protection package combining life cover, critical illness cover and income protection. We are based at 95 Portland Road in Hove, and the majority of our clients are local. Our primary service areas include Hove, Brighton, Portslade, Shoreham-by-Sea, Lewes and Worthing, with regular clients across East Sussex and West Sussex more widely. We are familiar with the property markets and lender appetite for properties across the Brighton and Hove conservation areas, the Hove seafront, Kemptown, Preston Park, Fiveways, Hangleton, Aldrington, Portslade-by-Sea and the surrounding coastal towns. We can meet with clients in person at our Portland Road office, or by phone and video call where that works better - appointments are flexible to suit your schedule.
