David J. Williams Ltd carries out electrical installation and maintenance work across the commercial and industrial spectrums.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations, codes of practice and with good workmanship carried out by skilled and competent personnel.

Several different wiring and containment systems are employed depending upon the installation requirements, including, pvc cabling, pvc and steel conduits, pvc and steel trunking systems, fire retardant cabling including, MICC / Pyro, steel wire armoured cable and many more systems.

We also provide installation, replacement and maintenance of electrical accessories and equipment, including fuse boxes, consumer units, distribution boards, power outlets, sockets, lighting points, heaters, and many more types of accessories and equipment to list here.

David J. Williams Ltd are NAPIT Approved to carry out all types of commercial and industrial Electrical Inspection and Testing, and are able to issue relevant electrical reports and electrical certification as required.

Commercial and Industrial Electrical Fault-finding and Repairs.

Electrical faults can display themselves in a number of ways, some quite minor and relatively un-noticed, others extremely dangerous risking serious injury and even loss of life and damage to property.

All electrical faults in reality are dangerous, because if it's not noticed and dealt with, a relatively minor fault can develop into something more serious.

For this reason, whenever a fault is suspected, it is good practice to have it investigated as soon as possible.
In extreme circumstances, the electrical supply should be switched off at the main switch and seek immediate assistance.

We use state of the art electrical testing equipment coupled with years of electrical fault-finding experience to solve electrical problems quickly and efficiently.

Remedial work is sometimes required following an electrical fault, we can arrange to complete your repair at a time which is most convenient to you.
If the fault has occurred during the evening or over a weekend, it may be necessary to make the faulty electrical circuit or equipment safe and return to complete the repair at the earliest convenience.

Installations.
We are OLEV / OZEV Approved for all types of Electric Vehicle (EV) Charge Point Installations;

Domestic - Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (EVHS).
Commercial - Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS).
Industrial - Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS).

We can provide guidance on the grants available for both the Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (EVHS) and the Workplace Charging Scheme (WCS).
We work with various manufacturers and suppliers of the latest EV / EVSE equipment, so there is something covering every budget, style and environment.

Domestic versions of electric vehicle charger are available in single phase, 230 volt versions at 13 Amp (3Kw), 16 (3.6Kw) Amp and 32 Amp (7.2Kw).
Commercial versions are also available in both single phase 230 volt or three phase 400 volt up to 22Kw.
Higher powered DC (Direct Current) versions of rapid charger are available up to 200Kw, these are a specialist charger for commercial / industrial use.
