I purchased the Women’s Luxury Cashmere Wool Warm Red Coat K715C. I have tried to leave a review on their page twice, but it doesn’t get published - From that, I might assume that they only publish positive reviews…! This was delivered promptly and it’s a lovely coat but it smells musty like it has been damp / stored poorly. I had it dry cleaned but that didn’t help much and was an unnecessary cost for a brand new coat. It’s not washable, so I have to put up with wearing an unpleasant smelling coat. :(. I do not think this is acceptable for a brand new item of clothing.

I was unable to purchase the jacket I wanted as it was not available in my size, but a very helpful lady at David Barry made some alternative suggestions. I finally decided on the Classic Panama Rain Jkt. In Silver / Grey. It arrived very quickly, I was able to track its progress all the way. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the garment, and the very reasonable price.

Superb service - I always have trouble getting a new winter coat and I ordered my new black wool coat on Monday and it was here Tuesday and its purfect great quality fits lovely its just what I wanted excellent value for money Thank You.

I purchased Womens Classic Hooded Rain Jacket(quilted) for my elderly mother as she had previously had the same coat which lasted her many years and was insistant on the same coat! After a minor hiccup ie I ordered the unquilted jacket, and your customer service people were so helpful I returned the incorrect item and received the correct one which I am very pleased to say fitted the bill perfectly thank you.

I saw a black raincoat in a local store but they had none of my size in stock. I noted the label and looked online at David Barry Outlet and saw the same garment for £25 less. Bargain. Good, easy to use website and speedy delivery made me a very happy lady.

This company has the best customer service. I have one of their coats and lost a button, emailed them to ask if I could buy a replacement as I love the coat, they sent is even buttons first class without any charge. Amazing!

Just bought my 3rd David Barry coat, this is a replacement for my favourite of all time coat as I have lost weight and it's too big. So glad I found the outlet, been searching for a shop selling these coats for ages. Really fast delivery, next day in fact, quite a nice surprise. I did have to return the first coat though as the smaller size did seem quite snug, I replaced it with the same size as my too big coat and still think it could have been a bit bigger, as I am two sizes smaller than the coat size. Still I am wholly pleased with my purchase and will carry on buying, I think they are among the best available and great value. Thanks.

I bought 2 trench style jackets in black & red. Both were really nice quality for the price. I did return the red one, but only due to the fact that I hadn't been quite sure of the type of material it was made of, until I actually recieved it and could see it. A refund was given however, without any problems. Excellent service all round and I love the black jacket! Highly recommend Axl Clothing.
