Dave Farmiloe is a professionally experienced guitar and stringed instrument repairer and maker, based in Northamptonshire nr. Thrapston. As a ex Fender repairman for over 12 years and 10 years in the UK for Takamine guitars Dave is able to tackle any electric or acoustic guitar related jobs from simple quality setups to major restoration.
Refrets, nut replacements, new pickups fitted, coil rewinds, newly engineered parts, replacement necks and setups are just a few of the jobs regularly undertaken in the fully equipped workshop.

Dave Farmiloe Luthiery Works is the sole Gibson Authorised Warranty Centre in the Midlands for both new and vintage Gibson instruments.

Very talented and skilled Luthier with a huge amount of knowledge and experience of both instruments and the industry. As an owner and collector of musical instruments particularly guitars, Dave has repaired, set up and sold me a number of instruments. Font of knowledge of how to get the best out of your playing and instruments. Always a pleasure and extremely interesting to call into his workshop to see the current project he is working on.
