I had the great pleasure to take my laptop to Dave for the first time, it had lots of issues. Dave not only completed the work the same day at a very good price, but also explained what work he had carried out and advice on preventing reoccurring, I have taken my computers to big superstores who just send them away, with Dave he will take the time to talk to you. Had Dave repair my laptop and notebook that both had various issues. Dave repaired them promptly and efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend.

My email was hacked and I found I couldn't get any emails at all. David accessed my account remotely and solved the problem. Couldn't do without him! "Job's a good 'un" lol.

Dave sorted out problems with my wifi connectivity that were not easy to sort, but Dave was determined to sort it and did! Also cleared some malware and my laptop is working so much better now. This is the second time Dave has sorted my laptop out, and I will not hesitate to call him again if I have any other problems in the future.

Would highly recommend Dave, he transferred all my data from my old Laptop and set up my new laptop, very helpful explained things well, gave lots of advice.

Dave Dronfield was everything I wanted in a Computer Engineer. Calm, collected, knowledgeable and able to fix my PC. Basically my PC had died again for maybe the 4th or 5th time and it was on its way to the dump. I could do nothing with it and had given up. Dave however was patient, intuitive and quietly confident; he worked his way through all options until finally having to reinstall Windows. Not only did this resurrect the PC, but all the files I thought were lost were magically accessible again. Dave managed all this whilst keeping me entertained with interesting conversation of his various exploits and charging me far less than I anticipated. I cannot recommend Dave highly enough and will no doubt be calling him again the next time the PC is on the verge of being thrown out of the window!

Great guy. I need Microsoft installing and a new Intuos Waccom art tablet setting up. Prompt service and solved all the problems. Would certainly recommend.

Have had problems for months trying to download library books to my Kobo ereader. Tried everything including utilising the services of another computer man, all in vain. Saw Dave's website and left a message, following day not only did he ring me but came to my house that day and spent a long time sorting my laptop, for the 1st time since downloading windows 10 EUREKA it now does the required. My laptop had slowed to the point of being very frustrating and not worth using. After David Dronfields intervention removing lots of unnecessary items and updating existing programmes my laptop is running like new. I would recommend David to friends without hesitation.

I have now used Dave on two occasions when my start up became corrupted and when I had an issue with my hard drive. On both occasions he has solved the problem quickly and efficiently and charged a very reasonable price. Update: My 91 year old Mum had a problem with her computer while I was out of the country. I contacted Dave, explained the urgency, he went down that afternoon. It should have been a 15 minute job but it turned into a two hour job. Dave stayed until he had done all he could to assist. Great service and greatly appreciated by both My Mum & I.
