Tony did a great job, the plastering team were clean and tidy and on time and worked hard, molly said they were polite to next door when asked to move the van so alround a good professional service.

Nice guys and they got me out of trouble with my rental flat, paul was lovely and Matt and Aaron who did the work were clean and tidy and I felt safe around them. Will use again if I have to. My hubby was out of the country so it was important that I had someone I trusted in to do the work…also I was impressed with free index as it worked and worked very well.

Our new house had a few problems when we moved in, we avoided the estate agents damp proofing firm and we are glad we did, Terry at dampworks gave us free advice and his team did a brilliant job, my wife was about to give birth so that clean way they works was very nice. Would use again.

Had problem with damp walls and mould - thought it was rising damp and put note to that effect on freeindex - got 7 responses - Dampworks stood out with the firm's qualifications and various contact details. I rang and spoke to Tony who was very helpful, honest and well informed - he sent me photos relating to my problem and explained it was condensation and a lot cheaper to fix than rising damp - I felt very reassured. He visited two days later and did a very thorough survey - he was most polite and pleasant. The detailed survey was sent in just two days and I agreed for him to fix the extractor fans proposed - this was done within the week by a very helpful and pleasant electrician. The fans are lovely - there was no disruption to decoration etc. The cost was very reasonable and the cost of survey taken off the final bill. The lady who answered phone in office was also polite and helpful. The condensation has cleared. Overall a very professional firm providing an excellent service. Great company - sorted out the damp in my kitchen when two other companies could not. I had been told that I needed to spend £5K! On damp proofing the whole house, when infact the Dampworks man said we just needed to fix our side pathway and guttering! Really pleased.

Very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend and use them again.
