DALROD - North east

After searching the internet I was impressed with the reviews for Dalrod. I had a similar problem with a blocked drain over 5 years ago and was charged almost double the price. I placed a call to explain that my drain was blocked but I would have to go to work. Within 15 mins I was called back and given a price and advised the engineer would come out and check the problem and ring me at work. Mark did just that and solved the blocked drain and cleared two other small drains for me leaving my drive tidy. I was able to pay over the phone and Mark left me a report and invoice. It was a trouble free service and very professional. Highly recommended.

Our flat had a blocked drain in the back yard on Wednesday and I spoke to Marc who was very helpful. The pricing was very clear and fair and within 30 mins Marc was onsite fixing the job. He did a thorough job and although could have left after clearing the blockage, he spent time using a camera to find the exact cause and fixed that to stop it happening again. I would highly recommend using this company and (although I hope I don't have to) would use them again if a similar problem ever recurred. Marc was professional, knowledgable friendly and informative. Thanks again.

We called this company to clear our drains, Mark the chap who answered our call was very helpful and informative on the phone even before we had agreed to have him come do the job. He came the same day and was very efficient and has been very helpful with advice since -I would highly recommend this company.

I called Dalrod regarding a blocked foul drain today and was given Marc's mobile number, he arrived within an hour or so and cleared the blockage immediately, he also put a cctv camera down to check that there were no serious problems, no mess, no fuss, very professional and nothing was a problem to him. Very reasonable fee for a professional service.

After previously using a large local company which failed to deliver on quality & service we decided to call Dalrod and after coming highly recommended found their service to be exceptional. Would have no hesitation in recommending them myself. We are now using Dalrod on all of our 300+ properties that we have maintenance contracts for from local letting agents & always found them to be smart, prompt & very good value. 5 Stars guys.

I had the misfortune of discovering that both mine and my next door neighbours drains were blocked after my toilet started making funny noises. I called Dalrod North East after i remembered seeing one of their vehicles working on our estate. I was quoted a price (which was surprisingly cheap compared to dyno-rod). Dalrod's engineer arrived and got to work. He soon discovered that my neighbour's manhole lid had been covered over with soil, so located it and exposed it. The blockage was then cleared but kept re-blocking, he then put a camera down the pipe to find some very old drain rods that must have been there for some time. Within what seemed like minutes, the engineer had extracted the old rods from the pipe and the drain flowed away perfectly. What impressed me most was the fact that obstruction after obstruction was overcome and he just carried on persevering until everything was as it should be. Would i use Dalrod again?.I wouldn't call anyone else.

I came across Dalrod through the internet when I noticed the manhole cover in my back garden overflowing with all sorts of un-pleasantries. They arrived when they said they would and unblocked it like they said they would. I didn't want to know the ins and outs of what they did, I just wanted it shifting for the price they said. So I was over the moon when in less than an hour everything was running clear and my back garden no longer smelt like a sewage works. Top job fella's!

The guys at Dalrod North East were reccommended to me by a work colleague when I happened to mention that my drains had blocked once again. They arrived prompt, smart and looking very professional. They got to work right away and in no time at all my drains were running clear. Marc explained what he had done and that due to the roots in the pipe this was why I had this reoccurring problem. He then proceeded to remove the roots with cutter brush type thing and then camera surveyed the line to show a lovely clear (root free) pipe. I have used countless drainage companies in the past, however the guys at Dalrod North East were just fantastic. My problem has now been solved, but I would not hesitate to use or reccommend them again. Keep up the good work guys.

I rang mark to do a job for me where the drain was fractured in many places mark went out the fix this pipe which he re-lined i have never seen this done before and i was amazed how it works with out even digging a hole. Mark sorted this job for little money and mess what can i say a job well done. Cheers mark and Dalrod.
