This is the fourth occasion that I have had work done by Dale Electrical Services. Once again the work was completed to the standard I have come to expect from him and his employees, Gareth and Callum.

We recently had Dale, Milo and Callum carry out various electrical work around the house including installation of plug sockets, replacing an extractor fan, light fixtures and a new consumer unit. The work was completed to a high standard and the guys are friendly, polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.

This company undertook a complete rewire on our 1960’s property. The electricians were polite, friendly, very competent, professional and trustworthy. They kept us informed at every step of the way and turned up when they said they would. All in all a very good and professional job. I would highly recommend this company.

The boys come out to help at a time of real crisis, 5 days before Christmas with no oven due to a faulty plug socket following a silly mistake involving spilt Prosecco. Dale fitted a smart extractor fan in my en-suite which I’d been meaning to sort for ages and also found the time to fit an outdoor socket in the back garden even though we only asked when he was on site. Great service and great value ? .

Our 'contract Holder' called me on a Saturday saying her shower was not working and could I call an Electrician. I gave her some instructions to follow, which she did and all was well. Until, VERY early the following Sunday morning she called again saying the shower keeps tripping out and wont stay on. Our CH needed a shower for a urgent meeting she had to attend, so was desperate for the shower. Our Electrician [who did the recent EICR we tried to contact via WA. We cold not get a reply. I spent a frantic hour or so trying to find and get hold of an Electrician near to the house. Our 'CH' found Dale Electrical who said he could call out that morning. He contacted me as the Landlord to check my approval to do the work. Dale duly sourced the problem and rectified it. He followed up by explaining the issue and what he did to rectify it. I was also impressed by the value of his service considering it was a Sunday morning emergency. I will use Dale again in the future, when needed. I recommend him and recommend him to landlords too. Second time Ive needed their services this time to replace a bathroom light pull switch. Totally reliable and professional. In my experience great people to deal with.
