Top Guy. Came out to do our system and replace a consumer unit. In the door 30 seconds and spotted some flaw in the previous company's work. Very pleasant, easy to talk to, had no problem leaving him in the house to get on with the job. Price came in pleasantly under budget. Already booked second job to come back.

Donald was very helpful, tidy, and efficient. We had a fairly straightforward job of replacing two light fittings, but when we opened one of the light fittings that I had bought separately, we realised one of the hooks that hold up the light was broken. At first, we thought we would have to throw the light away, as it didn't have enough support to hold the fitting safely, but Donald made a suggestion of how to get around it, and in the end we were able to install the light as planned. I really appreciated his suggestion, which saved us the inconvenience and the expense of throwing the light fitting out and having to find another one. I would definitely use Donald again and would recommend him to others.

We thought we needed a full rewire and were expecting a huge bill. However, Donald came to advise and said we didnt require a full rewire just a new box. We were taken aback at his honesty and only paid a quarter of what we were expecting! He came and did the work, as quoted, very quickly, was punctual, friendly and gave us advise on a couple of other electrical matters. We cannot recommend him highly enough and all of our neighbours now want his number! Well done and thanks Donald.

We used Donald for a variety of electrical work in 2015 - fitting new lights, and various repairs. He was pleasant and reliable. He made helpful suggestions and gave sensible advice about what work was necessary, and what work was unnecessary. Donald's work was good quality and reasonably priced. I have used the services of Donald McKenzie for the past five years. He has completed a variety of jobs that include new electrical intsallations, replacement of electrical products and safety certification. I have always found Donald to be professional in his dealings with both myself and my tenants and I am aware that Donald cares about providing good customer service. Mr McKenzie did some urgent lighting work for us on short notice. He came promptly, and was very efficient and friendly. Plus he put in a light fitting for free! I am very happy to recommend him.

I used Donald after reading the reviews on here and was not disappointed. He fitted new sockets, removed an alarm and installed a new light fitting. He was prompt, friendly,efficient and the price was competitive. Excellent communication and gave great advice. Will defintiely use him again.
