D’s Auto’s Mobile Mechanic

I called him out as I suspected my head gasket had gone when he came out to diagnose the car 4 weeks ago he broke the ceramic on the spark plug using an impact driver wich anyone who knows about cars knows that is way too much torque for spark plugs. After going back and forth him and him telling me the ceramic had crystallized which is also a lie we came to an agreement that he would collect the car 2 weeks later upon the 2 weeks I struggled to get in contact with him and he couldn’t give me a time for collection until later that day then showed up at about 7pm to collect my car at which point he told me he would start work on the Monday following. Head gasket replacement takes a week at most and he told me it would be ready the following week after trying to contact him for hours I finally got through he told me it wouldn’t be ready till the Tuesday I said ok comes to Tuesday and I was still unable to get in contact with him till later on in the evening when he told me he had sent the cylinder head for skimming and he is waiting for it to come back he also told me he had chased the place it was getting skimmed and they told him they was very busy and couldn’t get it done because of the bank holiday so he told me it would be ready for the end of the week so I waited at this point I’ve been withought my car for 4 weeks all because he used too much torque on removing the spark plugs his phone was off on the Friday I couldn’t get a hold of him so I went to his unit and waited for him at which point he has returned to the unit seen me and as I got out my car to find out what’s going on he then drove off to avoid me I took my spare key to see what state my car was in as it wasn’t even parked in the unit and he hadn’t even started the work so I eventually was able to remove my car to a garage on the same industrial estate at this point I still have not been able to get in contact with him but his friend from another unit did and ds autos said I could move my car no problem further showing that the work hadn’t been started at all he still has my key for my car and I am unable to contact him for my key so I’ve given him 24hr notice from the 10th of may to return my key to me or I will take police action this is another warning just incase you havnt seen the letters I’ve stuck to your unit and also posted under your unit door this is to say please return my key to me or to the garage where my car is as you know which garage it is at and I won’t have to get the police involved I feel as tho google reviews is my only option of getting in contact as I think he has blocked my number and my calls wont go through. Please return my key and I will not need to get police involved for theft as you knew my car was being removed from your garage and have still failed to return my key to me or the garage who has my car.Please and I beg please no one use this garage for anything he is rude also impossible to contact his comunication to his clients is terrible and he doesn’t seem to know what he is doing at all.Please avoid at all costs I will update as the issue progresses.Moreexpand_more
