It took a while to get done but worth the wait, support was reliable, honest and consistent. Dialogue was good, suppliers delivered, quality was high, based on team's attention to detail. Helps having the same expert from day one. Would go there again. Reasonable price.

It all seemed all well and good at first, good price and good service. However the final product was very disappointing in terms of the quality of the art, I was charged a fee by this company quite a significant amount on top of the cost, to ensure the final product will be to a high standard, art files were send back and forth until allegedly were optimal for print. After receiving the product, since it is simply not feasible to return a batch of vinyls, I request the refund of the extra fee charged since it seemed to have not made a difference if they insured the quality or not, which of course I was simply neglected. This is my first experience printing vinyls, I recommend people to pay a little more money and go with a better company. .

Excellent, professional and rapid service at a very competitive price. Graham Semark was extremely helpful at every stage, especially in getting the artwork into the correct format and ensuring that our CDs were manufactured and delivered on time.

Simple service from start to finish. Everything made very easy for me. Artwork templates helped cut down on design time, improved efficiency, good communication throughout, delivery on time and high print quality on inlays and inserts. Really delighted with the vinyl and CD pressings of our album "Songs Of Absolution" along with our 45 single "Just Say So". Another two recording projects completed this year for Craiglands Studios in Tyne and Wear - the albums "His and Hers" and "That Same Old Feeling". Once again, Cyclone has done a great job for me. On "His and Hers", quite a complex job involving print and duplication of Audio CD/20pp booklet/jewel case inserts, was bought in on-time and to a very high audio and visual standard. Cyclone always gives me a personal and flexible service - for example working with graphic assets provided by me in non-standard print formats (in my case, M/S Powerpoint layouts). That suits my way of working perfectly.

Amazing service for 1000x CD's replicated with on body prints and clear jewel cases. Needed very quick turnaround, so Cyclone were unbeatable. I used Cyclone Music for my Bands EP and a DVD order for the school I work at. I had a lot of questions about it all before we went ahead with the orders.
