We cannot praised Elliot enough for saving us - away in our new motorhome for the first time and we could not unlock the gas locker to turn on the gas! No tea for us! Elliot answered on our first call, the only one we tried who answered straight away and within 40 minutes he was here - fighting with a 'damaged lock', looks like someone had been trying to steal our gas and damaged the lock - his patience and persistence did not cease until he had cracked it, which we were so relieved to say he did! And the price was half that we were quoted from another provider who could not then even provide a locksmith. Customer service was excellent and although we hope we don't need his services against anytime soon - we would not hesitate to call again or recommend him to anyone needing assistance - thanks a lot Eliott - we owe you one :).

I was unable to open my front door, either from inside or outside the home, the door handles being impossible move. A friend referred me to this company, which I contacted at about 10. 40 am. I explained my problem, and was told that I could expect help to arrive in about half an hour. 35 minutes later Elliot arrived, and got stuck in to sorting out the problem. Just over an hour later everything in the locking mechanism was expertly sorted out, and the repair was completed with a minimum of fuss. The main cause of the problem a damaged cog was replaced for free with a spare part that Elliot had in his van. I was pleasantly surprised when the final bill was quoted. I cannot praise Elliot, s expertise, or his cheerful disposition too highly, despite him having to do some of the intricate repair, out in the rain. I am a well satisfied customer, and award Elliot Lee top marks.Moreexpand_more
