We’ve also recently launched our simple online bookkeeping software, Crunch Zero, to give limited companies an easy way to manage their books with Crunch software.

Crunch Zero is our simple online bookkeeping software! We like to think it as your first step on the path towards accountancy heaven - it’s the perfect solution for limited companies who are just starting out.
With Crunch Zero, you can record your expenses, upload receipts, issue invoices, and access your digital records anytime, anywhere.
In the coming months, we’ll be expanding the features of Crunch Zero, including integration with our receipt-recording app, Snap, Open Banking, and the ability to purchase sessions with one of our expert, chartered certified accountants to help boost your business.
What’s Crunch One?
Crunch One is our sole trader package, that combines expert accountancy advice and online accounting software for the one-person businesses of the world. It’s all you need to manage your business and taxes if you’re a sole trader and don’t want the increased statutory responsibilities of running a limited company.
What’s Crunch Two?
Crunch Two is our full limited company accountancy service that covers you from initial formation through to established business.
There are two package options with Crunch Two: Basic and Plus. Crunch Two Basic is ideal if you’re a limited company with basic needs - you receive access to our easy-to-use online accounting software and receive ongoing support from our dedicated client managers and expert advice from our accountants. Crunch Two Plus is the perfect solution for a limited company who needs a little more support, particularly contractors who want support around IR35 with a switchable Umbrella solution for contracts inside IR35. You also get access to a dedicated team of expert accountants for your business, as well as Self Assessments for up to two directors and annual accountancy health checks to ensure your business is as tax-efficient as it can be.
What’s Crunch Three?
Crunch Three is a bespoke small business accountancy service for limited companies, perfect for growing businesses with employees. As a Crunch Three client, you’ll have access to your own dedicated accountant and bookkeeper to offer your company the most personal software and service solution available at Crunch.
