Where to start. I went to Wayne through a recommendation and never looked back. From the first moment Wayne showed a high level of professionalism and friendliness along with knowledge. The Ability to diagnose and fix problems fully and very very quickly and efficiently, working throughout the night to complete my laptop in time. Very Very Fair Pricing and much faster than other companies. A definite 10/10 from me and will only be using him for any repairs in the future and not looking elsewhere. The communication throughout the process was impeccable and didn't leave me in the dark worrying for one moment…Wayne repaired two laptops for me. One with damage to the screen and shell casing and another with internal hard drive damage which looked unfixable until Wayne got his hands on it and fixed it within 1 night. Both laptops in the process were cleaned up and made lightning fast. My computer had totally crashed and could not be used at all. When switched on the screen showed numbers going up and down the screen. I thought I would have to buy a new computer, but CC Medic was able to fix it. It has now been working as good as new for the past month! He also included a computer virus programme as part of the service. I would definitely recommend using his services.
