I was unable to print from a new (to me) Apple Mac laptop which proved incompatible with my longstanding printer set up. I was given excellent advice which has resulted in a better and more efficient situation at a very modest cost. The service was excellent and I shall certainly use this company again should the need arise in the future.

So pleased my friend recommended this company to me. My Dad's laptop was brought back to life and ready for collection within a couple of days and all for a exceptionally good price. Thank so much.

Amazing value for money. CRM PC Solutions repaired my iPhone 4s screen that had been broken for some time after i had removed my insurance. Most other compaines were asking for a silly amount of money for a job that CRM did in twice the speed and twice the quality but over half the price. Very happy with the service they provide will highly recomend them to friends and family. 5 star service.

CRM PC Solutions provided a fast and efficient, cost effective repair and upgrade. I had actually thought I needed a new PC as the whole system had become very sluggish. The problem was resolved successfully and my computer upgraded to Windows 7, all my existing files were kept secure and reinstalled.

L got in touch with C R M Solutions as l wanted a VHS Tape put onto VCR, the service was great l contacted Chris on the Friday pm, he sent an E. Mail back within 20 min, the tape was picked up at 9am Saturday morning and returned at 9 am on the Sunday, you could not ask for better service.

CRM PC Solutions have fixed my laptop twice now and have just fixed my friends for me. Each time it was exeptional, the gentleman picked them up from my house, and had them back up and running by the next morning and dropped them back off to me. He even gave them a free service and my laptop is so much quicker now he's looked at it. The cost for him to do them each time was brilliant also, loads better than every other quote I got, and wouldnt have got the same service anywhere else either. Well done CRM PC Solutions!

Came and and got rid of a virus from my laptop on a bank holiday monday, so I was free to travel to my RAF camp with my lifeline still intact! Highly recommemded!

My laptop is over 2 years old and had been running very slow. Then it informed me that the hard drive was failing. So i contacted Chris and he took my laptop that day. He replaced my hard drive and updated my laptop with windows 7, returning it to me the next day. I am extremely happy with the work and service that i received, also his fee was very reasonable. I have reccommend him to all my friends and family.
