Extensive local knowledge helping me choose a sound rental property. Very professional and ethical service to both landlord and tenant. Clive sourced a great decorator who repainted the place ASAP. The property was then let out before the paint tried minimising my void period. Clive sourced an ideal tenant (did not miss a beat during lockdown) and whom the neighbours said were delightful.
