Moved my 91 year old mother from a 'care home' in Southampton to a real "care home" in Torquay - excellent caring team - thank goodness I found this service on the internet - would not hesitate to use again - thank you so much Criticare - your service was amazing from start to finish.

Transport of an frail older person. The staff were kind and helpful. They were 15mins late but called to inform us of the delay. The high point was the warmth and friendliness of the driver and medic, the low point was the ambulance dripping rain on the patient.

Criticare provided paramedic cover for our week long holiday club event for 4-11yrs (280 children) and teenage and adult helpers (over 200). This company had been recommended to us by another Holiday club which caters for over 1500 children over a week. We had a range of requirements all fulfilled very professionally and personably and an acute medical situation with one of the helpers was dealt with in a calm, extremely competent and professional manner. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and we will be using for the same event next year.

David and Matt brought us and my 90 y-o Mum with a recent hip replacement from Bristol Airport to Callington. Great service and Matt was brilliant with Mum in the back of the ambulance. Great service, thanks again.

A very difficult and traumatic transfer for our brother with Down's Syndrome and Dementia was handled with outstanding compassion and care, and couldn't have been done without them. The company was used based on experience of a previous 999 ambulance call out to his supported livinghome which was handled by Criticare with the same outstanding compassion and professionalism rarely seen today.

The undivided attention, care and consideration given to my father during what was bound to be an uncomfortable experience for him, could not have been better. Duncan and Matt reviewed my father's needs on a minute-by-minute basis throughout the transfer from Wales to Devon and kept both himself and myself 'in the loop' at all times. Absolutely excellent service! Really easy and transparent process. Literally picked the phone up, explained the requirement for a transfer for my Mother from Hospice in Hertfordshire to a Nursing Home in Devon. Really helpful staff, price quote was by far most competitive and scheduling was easy. My mother's review of the trip was excellent, really comfortable and her requirements cared for. I would like to thank Criticare UK so much for the excellent care they took of my mother when they moved her from her home in Locks Heath to a Care Home in Cheltenham. All staff are very well 'dressed' and have all necessary equipment. Nature of the work is just being around and waiting for something to happen. Some staff arrive on site and do not introduce themselves to the Event Manager and consquently we are looking for them.
