Simon is unbelievable at what he does, can’t recommend him highly enough!

I have worked with Simon several times when I have photographed a wedding and he has done the video. He is totally proffesional, working with the minimum of fuss and I know the clients love his creativity and finished product.

A true professional with a great can-do attitude. Definitely worth seeking out Simon if you need some quality video work.

Definitely 5 stars all the way from us. Simon made everyone feel so relaxed for the video he did for our fundraising event. No detail or request was too small, and was fantastic with advice and ideas on how it covid work. Would 100% recommend and will use for future projects.

We used Simon 5 years ago as our wedding videographer the service we received was amazing! Today is our 5 year wedding anniversary and I couldn’t find our wedding video anywhere so really started to panic! I messaged Simon who was willing to look through his old files to get me another copy 5 years later and he is still giving amazing customer service. Thankfully I’ve found the USB but it’s not working on my tv properly so Simon is now going to copy it for us and upload it onto an app we can use on our fire stick so we will always have a copy we can watch! I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond even years after we first met him! Thank you so much for all your help.

Incredible service from first contact to the end of our wedding day. Simon and his team have been amazing. We felt welcomed and comfortable discussing all the available options…Nothing was too much for Simon, we trusted you got us from our first meeting and delivered more than we ever expected. Ultimate Visuals - 100% recommended for the perfect Wedding DVD. Simon was fantastic and understanding throughout the process. We were let down 6 weeks before our wedding by a different videographer (FYI - Special Occasion Videos) and were given Simon's contact details and never looked back. From day one he told us he would do exactly what we wanted, and true to his word he did. Being an Italian Wedding, we were very detailed in what we wanted for a wedding DVD and this didn't phase Simon at all. On the day, he was there (even though you wouldn't have known this from his un-obstructive style) from 7am right through till midnight and caught everything. During the editing process, Simon excelled in fantastic customer service. We got our proof and had a few changes that we requested, at one point we said, "great job Simon, but not 100%", his response to that was "My main priority is to make you happy so of course will do this for you. Thank you to Simon at Ultimate Visuals for capturing every magical moment of our wedding at Luton Hoo on 8th June 2013. He was so unobtrusive that we didn't even notice him being around. He spent hours editing down 13 hours of footage to the final finished product we have now. The music he has incorporated within the footage is perfect and compliments the film beautifully. It has surpassed everything we had hoped for. He took time to listen to our requirements before the wedding and nothing was too much trouble for him. During the process of our wedding the company was very good. The day of the wedding the service was not bad either. However, it took nearly court action before we received our products. Had to chase the company, wasting petrol and phone calls. I would avoid this company if you do not want any stress. The company has also move to the wedding courtyard.

We used Ultimate Visuals last July for our wedding. Simon was fabulous on the day, friendly and approachable and unobtrusive. The results of what he captured was just magical. How he adapted a whole day into an hour and a half was just incredible. So pleased we booked a videographer and even more so using Simoon.

Getting you wedding video right is so important it's vital to entrust it to someone you can trust. The great thing is Simon is very professional and unobtrusive working with the photographer and complementing his shots. Therefore you don't need a second take because on the day you have so much to think about, but you do know he is capturing the essence of the day. When he showed us the first cut we were amazed at all the artistic touches and how he had added the music to seamlessly to make it flow together. Simon videoed our wedding on the 4th August 2012. He was so professional and you do not notice him on the day. The DVD was amazing fantastic quality and everything that we loved about our day and the bits that we missed were all captured. We can't thank him enough and we have recommended him to all our engaged friends who have also booked with him. We first met Simon over three years ago after recommendations from two of our friends who had videos produced for their weddings. We were always in two minds about having a video, but once we saw the quality and the memories Simon and the UV Team could capture, we booked it for our wedding on 12 March 2010. We were thrilled with the end result and almost 3 years later, we still play the brilliant montage to share our special day with our daughter. I then later booked Simon for a 3 day corporate job at my London venue, One Moorgate Place to capture a team building event based around the TV series Come Dine with Me. Simon produced excellent live footage and a stunning edited video, capturing the highlights of the event. It still gets hits on the venue's Intranet today! We used ultimate visuals for our wedding on the 21st of July 2012 we were so pleased with our DVD we were actually gutted we didn't have them there all night. They are very friendly and there work is amazing.

We commissioned Ultimate Visuals to produce a company promotional video for our Hitchin based Wedding Photography Studio. We have to say that Simon's approach was very professional and he took time to really. Understand our requirements. The end result is an exceptional video that we can use on our website which really shows the services and products we offer. They pretty much nailed the video on the first edit. Simon and Cath run a truly professional service. Nothing is too much trouble and the quality of the end product is first class. My daughters recent wedding was captured from the start of the day, at home all the way to the end of the reception.
