Dreadful experience Booked and paid for my 7 year old sons birthday party in August, for the disco dome and sumo wrestling for his birthday party in September. Cream castles cancelled 2 hours before the party was due to begin. Imagine my panic, because I had 40 children arriving to the party with no castle. I managed to get a company from Sheffield to deliver me a dome and sumo kit. However it took cream castles 2 weeks to pay back the £190 and a whole lot of excuses in text messages, I asked for my £40 deposit back, 3 weeks later cream castles put £30. 00 into my account and apologised for the long wait, and told me the £30 was a good will gesture on their behalf. However they did say my deposit would be put back into my bank account within 2-24 hours, 1 week later again I asked for my deposit and today they put me £10 into my account. What happened to the goodwill gesture, All in all it has taken 4 weeks and 3 days for them to return my money back. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
