Cream Castles

Fantastic service, happy and friendly people. The party was an absolute blast and all the kids had a such a great time. Ironman was star of the show with all the bright led lights. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a great children's party.

Hired a bouncy castle for my granddaughter and was very pleased with the service provided. Amazingly clean bouncy castle unlike some I have had in the past. Would definitely use again.

Had a minion party for my little boys birthday. I found Cream castles were very professional on arrival when setting up. They entertained all th children for 2 hours non stop. Face painting, balloon modelling and lots of party games and mini disco. The minion visit was superb and fantastic fun for all the kids. Top notch people and a bargain price of £150 for all that entertainment is fantastic. Thank you for making my boys day.

Dreadful experience Booked and paid for my 7 year old sons birthday party in August, for the disco dome and sumo wrestling for his birthday party in September. Cream castles cancelled 2 hours before the party was due to begin. Imagine my panic, because I had 40 children arriving to the party with no castle. I managed to get a company from Sheffield to deliver me a dome and sumo kit. However it took cream castles 2 weeks to pay back the £190 and a whole lot of excuses in text messages, I asked for my £40 deposit back, 3 weeks later cream castles put £30. 00 into my account and apologised for the long wait, and told me the £30 was a good will gesture on their behalf. However they did say my deposit would be put back into my bank account within 2-24 hours, 1 week later again I asked for my deposit and today they put me £10 into my account. What happened to the goodwill gesture, All in all it has taken 4 weeks and 3 days for them to return my money back. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
