Unfortunately you have to give at least one star, I would give zero stars for all, Ordered funeral flowers for my grandad, the flowers were horrendous pictures added, I was shocked just looking at them on the coffin, the words were bent and some looked bigger than others and there was a bottle of newcastle brown ale, well it looked like a child had made it, I was so upset, the last goodbye to my dear grandad and that was it, I got home and emailed Karen stating how dissapointed I was and I was ignored, I left it over the weekend and then rang yesterday and asked to have a chat about how bad they were, she was hard faced and said that my idea and her idea of how the flowers were were different, she said she had pictures of the flowers and if they were bent that must have been the funeral directors fault so I asked her to email the pictures she took over to me, no email after 4 hours so I emailed her saying I havent received these pictures, to that I got a response of I havent taken any it was for another funeral, so I sent her pictures I had taken, everyone at the funeral were dissapointed, she said what do you want from me as I dont refund I said an apology would be nice and not to ignore me, I will never ever and will tell as many people not to book flowers from this company, terrible service all round.

Me mums favourite florist, I always use them to send my mum flowers because I work abroad in Dubai and she's in Coulby Newham, She always loves them. They've never let me down and delivered on time. Only negative is they are a bit pricey but worth it. Just got the picture from the flowers I sent yesterday and they do look nice.

Great florist in Middlesbrough with a good selection of flowers. Used them a few times and always found them very helpful. Location is good with easy 2 hour FREE parking at captain cook square multi story. Worth a visit and great for local flower delivery in and around middlesbrough and Stockton srea.

Karen at Cream and Browns Florist in Middlesbrough organised our funeral flowers for my dad’s funeral. The funeral directors wanted us to use there florists but I have had flowers delivered by cream and browns before and there work is very good. Karen was very understanding and did not rush us and went above and beyond our expectations, the flowers were lovely and exactly what we wanted. My sister got married last weekend and I helped her with the arrangements, one of my main jobs was to find a good florist for wedding flowers, church and reception. After hours of searching the net and visiting florists in the area we were recommended by a friend, Cream and Browns Florist in Middlesbrough. They truly were amazing the flowers were just WOW. Everyone and I mean everyone, (even the men) commented on how beautiful they were. When we met them at the shop in Middlesbrough we instantly clicked, Karen the owner was very professional and took loads of time with us, although she did make it very easy as she totally understood what we wanted, and was able to do it within our budget. On the day the flowers were delivered to three different locations in Middlesbrough, all on time, and the best bit it was free of charge. I would HIGHLY recommend them. We asked Cream and Browns florist in Middlesbrough to design our wedding flowers, both for the wedding and the reception room, and they certainly delivered. They were just amazing and everyone commented all day and night about the flowers and how different they were. In all honestly we probably got them a lot of business that day. We were recommended cream and browns florists in Middlesbrough by our friends who had used them to do the wedding flowers for their daughter last year. We attended the wedding and there were incredible. So when my father passed away we had no hesitation to use them as our florist of choice even though the funeral directors tried to get us to use the most hideous florist we have ever seen. The girl who answered the phone was exceptionally helpful and professional, as I did not have a clue what I wanted, but she took my order and the flowers were delivered as promised by 3. 00pm. Called Cream and Browns Florist in Middlesbrough this morning to order some flowers to be delivered to my wife at work by lunch time, and the arrived at 11. 00am.
