Craig and his team completed by kitchen fitting 2 weeks before Christmas, bang on edtimated timescale. This included new floor, electrics plumbing, plastering and kitchen fitment. Highly recommended and 1st class service throughout from the whole team.

I would highly recommend Craig, his organisation, planning and workmanship is outstanding. Once Craig was instructed, he meticulously planned each step of the project, which removed all stress from us. He arranged for all trades to complete their work in quick succession so that the project was completed in a timely manner. All tradepersons instructed were professional and completed their work to a really high standard. Craig is professional, easy to communicate with and met all our expectations. The project was to remove 2 partition walls and make good the floors, walls and ceilings, remove and dispose of an old kitchen, design and install new lighting, install a new kitchen including appliances, remove and replace radiators, lay new flooring and decorate. The results are better than we could have imagined, thank you Craig.

Hired Craig to turn our dining room into a new kitchen and convert our old kitchen into a utility room and pantry. He was fantastic from the very start. Excellent communication and very knowledgeable. He managed the whole thing himself, booked all the other trades and worked to a strict timescale. Overall very happy with the results.

We were offered Craigs services through the suppliers of our kitchen, they advised me that this was the guy we would be in safe hands for the installation of such a high end kitchen, they were spot on with their recommendation! We own a construction company and have dealt with many kitchen fitters and carpenters over the 30 years of being in the industry and to say we were blown away with Craigs professionalism, skill and commitment to the job at hand is an understatement. The little touches were wonderful such him driving from Cardiff to Swansea first thing in the morning to be at our home when the delivery of our new kitchen was being brought off the van to check every item was correct and to check for any imperfections was something we have never encountered before and certainly didn't expect, so this was the first thing we were so happy to see, this really set our expectation on the service that we were going to receive from Craig during the installation. We felt in safe hands with Craig never worried about him bring slipshod or complacent with his tools, everything was perfection and he was so respectful of our home. I can't thank Craig enough for his work at our new home in Swansea, exceptional value for money would totally recommend him to anyone wanting a kitchen fitted…You won't find better! .

Craig showed top level professional project management skills whilst delivering of our new kitchen. He took the stress away from me by managing the full project plan and liaising with all other sub-contractors. I was extremely happy with how the delivery process was managed. Had a kitchen fitted by Craig. From the beginning Craig was able to explain exactly what the project would entail with details of days and times each contractor would be here to do their bit. The night before Craig was due to arrive I was cleaning the top of my old cupboards looking forward to the start of the project which was the removal of the old kitchen the following day. As I put my hand close to the back of the built in fridge freezer I realised I had a pillar behind there (structural). At this point my heart sank as the kitchen has already been ordered separately through Kutchenhaus (this was not noticed during the measuring). This meant it was made to order. My initial thought was this was not going to go well and we would be unable to have the kitchen installed until this was sorted out. However, the next morning Craig came by as calm as could be ready for ripping out the old kitchen. I told Craig the dilemma I was having and he said no problem these things happen. He said he will come up with a plan and run through his thoughts. Craig started to strip the kitchen and when I came back at lunch he had a full plan in place. He ended up building a stud wall at the back of the kitchen so the kitchen could fit in without any noticeable difference. This was a god send. From start to finish Craig and his team were true professionals. I would have Craig back to do work any day of the week. Clean, reliable and very easy to get on with. The kitchen looks fantastic and I am really happy so far with the results. Also to note, we have a dog so decided to take the dog away when the work was being completed due to it being an apartment and being an open plan sitting room and kitchen. Craig just led a team who installed a Kutchenhaus bespoke kitchen for me. I’m based in central Cardiff. After I bought and paid for the kitchen, the project was handed over to Craig for installation. He then arranged different specialists (flooring, electrical, plumbing, rubbish removal, plastering, decorating) and managed them all to remove my old kitchen, fix the structural work that was required, and install and quality assure the new one. The degree of complexity and detail was considerable. Craig’s team did a first class job for me and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Why? 1. Incredible communication 2. They did exactly what they said they would and if there was a delay or a problem they explained why and provided a solution 3. Budgets were produced and agreed and alterations discussed at each stage 4. They worked quietly and considerately towards the other residents in the block 5. That are calm and don’t overstate problems 6. Absolutely zero mess and zero cleaning up 7. The finished product is great.8. Little settling problems (sink, position of an integral door and uneven floor) were fixed immediately and completely I’m so grateful and very happy with the work they all did and especially to Craig for the project management overall. Highly recommend Craig, he recently fitted my new kitchen and project managed from start to finish. As well as fitting and installing our kitchen, Craig was responsible for coordinating all the associated prep work - from uprooting our old floor tiles, to lighting and plumbing, to painting and decorating. He was excellent to work with throughout - professional, approachable, highly organised, responsive and trustworthy. Craig installed a Wren kitchen for us. He came to view the kitchen after the initial design and came up with a few ideas we had not considered resulting in us changing the design for the better. Once the work started Craig was always on time, he was very tidy and the work was completed within programme. Craig also suggested companies for flooring and glass splashbacks, both of which we are very pleased with.
