CraftLock Ltd is an independent locksmith company, based in Birmingham but also close to customers in Solihull and Sutton Coldfield. I intend to provide each and every customer with the highest possible standard of workmanship and a matching high level of customer service and communication.

CraftLock Ltd specialises in lock fitting to wood and UPVC, including repairs to UPVC and patio doors. Also, should the need arise, you can also call for access services or whatever general lock problems you might have! Even if it's just a question or needing advice, you are wlecome to call any time.

When you are calling to enquire about prices, in most situations you can have a fixed-price quote over the telephone that includes labour and parts. No VAT is charged! It's useful if you are able to tell me if you have a wooden or a plastic/UPVC door, where you are located and what levels of security you are interested in for any replacement items. British Standard 3621:2007 is strongly recommended as your minimum standard and Sold Secure Diamond Standard where it is applicable. Again, if you need advice, just ask!
