By bringing together Architecture, Interior Design, and Trees and Landscape, Cox Martin Design can offer a truly integrated service. Using creative thinking, experience and expertise, we help to guide the project so that it meets (and ideally exceeds), our client's brief.

We don't have a 'house style'. We're equally happy working on contemporary or traditional designs, and can tailor our services to meet the Client's brief, programme and budget.

At Cox Martin Design we pride ourselves on listening to our clients, and working with them, to achieve the best possible project.

We work on a variety of projects, including small residential extensions and larger new builds, as well as commercial projects and public buildings.

Our Architectural and Interior Design services can include (where appropriate): Concept design and feasibility studies, design drawings (CAD and hand drawn), 3D drawings, Planning submissions and consultation with Planners, budget costings, working drawings and specifications, tendering and tender analysis, preparation of building contracts, Building Regulations submissions, administering the contract on site, snagging and end of defects inspections.
