Are you looking for a cheap photography studio in the cultural and creative centre of London?

Then welcome to Cow Photography Studios based in the artistic Portobello area of West London, aptly named to honour our supporters and reflect our distinct interiors. Based in the cultural hub of design and small business at Buspace Studios we offer cheap photography studio rates compared to our London competitors with all lighting and equipment included in your booking fee with no hidden costs.

The photography studio space was created as a hub of creativity and vision originally adapted for our successful YouTube podcast channel and shared for our creative peers who need a space to produce their own art. The photography studio can be used for traditional portrait photography, couple photoshoots, newborn photoshoots, macro photography, branding and social media, fashion photography, small business product photography, documentary photography or even short videos, reels and TikToks. Please note our photography studio is not sound-proof.

The studio space boasts high ceilings, natural light through 4m skylights and photography lighting (Godox Studio Lights) to perfectly capture your audience. We have additional equipment such as a profession Philips steamer, clothes hanging racks, floor length mirrors, curtains for space blocking and a changing area and most importantly our coffee machine.

Our studio is run by talented videographers to help with any of your technical needs. We offer affordable minimum 1 hour bookings and are open 7 days a week 8am until 8pm, a short walk from Westbourne park tube station.

Opened in late 2022, Cow Photography Studios is run by Aaron who produces a successful YouTube podcast from the Cow Studios space.

Studio size 400sqft - best suited for intimate shoots of 6 people or less.

Tripods:

- Hand Held Mini Tripods

Tripods are a must have for steady photography and video making. Our Monfrotto tripod has adjustable lengths to capture your best angles.

Lighting equipment.
Strobe lights:
- Three Godox QT400III QT600III
- Two Godox SK400II 400W

Strobe lights are used to produce sharp bursts of light, they are a necessity for product and macro photography They have the power to counteract natural sunlight and produce a strong defined photo. We have triggers for these lights.

Continuous LED lights:
- Godox SZ200Bi Bi-Color - Godox SL-60W

Continuous LED lights are utilised to cast a continuous light on subjects. The benefit of these are that you can get a great idea of the turnout of the photo even prior to taking it.

Light modifiers:
- 180cm Reflex Umbrella with diffusor and grid honeycomb
- 120cm Octagon softbox with diffuser
- 80cm Octagon softbox with diffuser
- Two Godox 35x160cm - Stripboxes with grid

Light modifiers are perfect for subtle changes to your photos, they help to diffuse sharp lighting and shadowing to your subject. We use the 180cm with grid honeycomb to film interviews. On our black backdrops this helps create a 3D effect.

Reflectors - to optimise your shadows and angles.

Snoot - great for light on a concentrated area.

Colour gels - changing colour tones of your lighting to produce an individualised and unique effect.

C-stands for the lights and two boom arms - used to extend the lights to any height or angle.
