I received a prompt reply from my email enquiry, they arrived when they said they would between 12 and 3, I also received a phone call when they were on there way as they said they would. Couldn't believe how clean they managed to get my oven. Very happy highly recommend.

When I rang up to get a quote, a lovely lady called Teri answered, she was polite and managed to get me booked in for a day and time that was convienent for me. The guy that turned up was on time and did a really good job of cleaning the oven, he even took apart the door and cleaned the dust on the inside, so now I can see what im cooking. Really impressed will use again.
