John and his team have replaced our felt, valleys, leadwork and rooftiles. John organised his team, the scaffolders and the skip very professionally, keeping me informed at all times. Throughout the work, all the team were polite, courteous and worked very hard. I am very pleased with the new roof and it looks really smart. After the job was completed John regularly checked up to make sure the property was left clean and all the rubbish was cleared. I found John to be genuine and honest, he tries to deliver quality work at a good price, he was very easy to communicate with and I felt he went out of his way to make sure the job was done well. I will definitely be using Johns team again for my bay window. Thanks John and team.

John with support from Jeff Higgs, completed a professional repair to my roof. This included replacing broken tiles, remaking and pointing two valleys, clearing old mortar and installing dry ridge tile system. Initial response to our inquiry was quick as was commencement of repairs on our acceptance of his quote. Would happily recommend County Home Improvements to others.

John and the lads replaced our felt on the roof, pointed the chimney, fitted new guttering and fixed our bay window roof. They worked long hours to get the job finished for us. They have done a really good job, especially on the bay window, fixing broken tiles and lead work, it looks brand new! They were quick and efficient despite it being quite a big job with lots of little bits that needed doing. John came out to give us a quote quickly and his prices are very competitive. I would definitely use him and his team again!

Roof gables/edges re-pointing, re-bedding ridge tiles, re-making off dormer valley cement work etc etc… you name it, John and his team sorted our roof and did a great job. John and Team started with some re-roofing work for me, but this quickly developed into a whole house refurbishment as the relationship developed. Turned up to quote exactly when they promised. Pleased with the quote so agreed a start date which was stuck to. Once scaffolding was up, they reassessed the quote and pleased to say the cost came down. Repointed the chimney and rebedded the ridge tiles. Very pleased with the result and if I ever need any more roofing work doing will happily use again.
