So grateful for the tireless efforts and dedication from Sangeeta and Roxanne over nearly 8 months to get my complicated case through to completion! Dealt with a lot of brokers being an agent but with Sangeeta, you are in safe hands that she will get you the best deal for your individual case and do her utmost to make it work for your personal needs! She can make the seemingly impossible, possible! Can't thank you enough! Will be passing a lot more business your way! Tanya.
I used Coreco to help me arrange a mortgage for my family home after being told I could not borrow what I needed by my own bank. We had applied for a mortgage and were 4 weeks down the line before my bank told us that they wouldn't lend us what we needed because we had young children. I contacted Coreco as my friend had used them. Within 24 hours I had met with an adviser who had found us an alternative mortgage with a different bank which was a little more expoensive. The application was made that day and we received a mortgage offer for the amount we needed within 2 weeks. I went straight to my bank initially because I had used them for years and didn't want to pay for a broker. The fee charged (£750) was worth every penny as we got what we needed without much hassle at all. I am now speaking to them about insurance and a will.
I was introduced to Coreco as a first time buyer. My advisor, Rob Gill, explained their services clearly and concisely and answered all of my questions promptly. The rate I got was far better than the rates I had researched, and Rob dealt with the whole of the application process for me. Arranging my mortgage was by far the easiest part of buying my flat.
I was referred to Coreco by a friend who had used them previously. I was initially a bit wary as I wasn't sure about using a broker to arrange a mortgage as I had always used my bank. I found the service exceptional. My adviser explained everything clearly to me and came up with a really good mortgage. They looked after everything for me which made the whole thing really easy and kept me informed throughout. I was really pleased with my first experience of a mortgage broker and am happy to recommend them to everyone.
I telephoned Peter Clarkson at Coreco to enquire about Mortgages and Wills (as stated on his business card which was passed to me by an estate agent). I explained to Peter that I was looking for Will and Mortgage advice and wanted to enquire how their services worked (eg. Do i pay them a fee or do they take commission for selling me a product etc? ). We began a conversation with him asking me if I was looking for a staightforward will, or for asset protection - I explained I did not know what the difference was/what would be suitable for me. I gave him the context of being recently married, having 2 properties in SW London, money in savings and ISAs and a child on the way, to help him understand my situation and therefore advise me. I was confused to be told by Peter that I was making it very difficult for him - to which I explained again, I didnt know what kind of product I was looking for, and hence I was seeking his advice. He explained he would find it difficult to do business with someone once 'he'd got their back up and would be happy to leave it there'. I am perplexed and confused to say the least - I still dont know how their services work, whether I should be looking for a Will or Asset Protection and we didnt even get as far as talking about mortgage products for either of my properties. I will clearly be taking my business elsewhere and actively advising friends to do the same. A disappointing fisrt (and last!) experience of Coreco.Moreexpand_more
