After doing a lot of research online I decided to ask CopCat if he had availability to look after my cats while I was away for 2 weeks. I wanted someone who I could trust not only with my precious cats but also my home. I was worried a large company would have an impersonal approach and be more about getting in and out after feeding the cats. CopCat came for an initial appointment where he met the cats and looked at the set up within my house. He said that we should both be happy with each other. He made me feel at ease and tried to get to know the cats too. Their personalities and likes and also tried to engage with them so they wouldn’t be scared. I haven’t mentioned that at the time I had a mummy cat with two 6 month old kittens and also three week old kittens too, so five in total! He was fantastic, he not only fed the cats as I would have done he cleaned the poop (and there was a lot!) the kitten poop is even more annoying than older cats! I would get daily photos of our precious creatures which the children and I loved to see as we missed them dearly. He didn’t charge me extra for the multiple cats and was kind and considerate throughout the whole process. I was in debt to him, I know I wouldn’t have got that personal touch with a large company. The fact he’s an ex policeman only cemented his honest, kind and trustworthy personality. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and his service. I’m hoping he’s going to agree to looking after the now more well behaved cats during the summer! I guess I should book asap as I’m sure he’ll be booked up. With the care and reassurance Michael’s service offers holidays are relaxing and stress free where I don’t worry about my furball princess as I know she is being well looked after and cared for. Michael is an excellent cat sitter. He is very thorough and really pays attention to the needs of your cat. Daily photographs with details of his daily interaction with your cat are sent to you. Michael fed our cat when we were abroad. It was very reassuring to get a daily message from him about the cat and it was good to know that there was someone keeping an eye on the house. The service Michael provides is high quality and excellent value for money.

My cats have been well looked after by Michael on a couple of occasions now. He doggedly persevered and succeeded in giving the “reluctant one” his daily medication! The regular updates and photos of the cats were very much appreciated - as was the watering this time which saved my hanging baskets! It was very reassuring to know that the cats were in very capable hands while I was away.

Michael looked after my kitties while I was away for two weeks. We met prior to my holiday - I gave him my keys, showed him where everything was in my apartment, and we agreed on a schedule. While I was away, he kept me informed about the kitties and shared pictures via whatsapp. He was a huge help and I would definitely use his services again.
