Connaught Shutters & Blinds

Tom, Owner! Where to start? Initially first impression of Tom, lovely… Then we exchanged payment(deposit £1000) and that’s where the battles began, delays, not turning up. I brought 5 Shutters and 2 Perfect Fit blinds from him in February, only Monday this week( November 16) did he tell me he couldn’t get the perfect fit but never once offered me my money back? He did however installed 4 shutters in August and they needed magnetic strips to hold them in place. He said he will be back the Thursday after, but never turned up, it’s now November and I’m still waiting, we confirmed a date and then, yep you guessed it, he changed the date. I’m currently using a card to hold the doors shut. Also in two rooms screws have come out. His delaying tactics, his treatment of customers is awful, the lies. This is my experience of him and his work, you make your own decisions but I will never recommend him to anyone and I certainly won’t be using a company that has no reviews from customers. Lesson learnt, don’t be mugged off like I have been.

Curtains. Just to say that Simon and myself are truly excited and love the new look in the lounge and master bedroom. The curtains and blinds are just beautiful. You delivered exactly as promised. All the best Jackie Williams.
