Conexus offers a high quality service and has a team of well trained field agents who can carry out visits for utility and financial services customers. We work with our clients to offer a bespoke service, whether it is for debt collection, utility meter reading services or inspection reporting. We have a wealth of knowledge on how we can obtain the best results for you and utilise the latest hand-held technology, complete with our Doorstep Voice Recording (DVR) system that can provide eveidence of the conversation on the doorstep for every call by our agents.

Conexus Recovery work for many utility and financial companies in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the UK mainland for clients in the utility and financial services sector. We offer a collection service both in our contact centre and on the doorstep using a field force of over 100 agents as well as utility meter reading for some of the largest utility companies. The customers can be reconnected back to our contact centre or to our clients contact centre as per your requirements. We ensure a flexible approach to our service and are more than willing to provide a solution that works for you.

Conexus Recovery are members of the Credit Services Association (CSA) and are bound by the CSA's Code of Practice. Our business practices are also underpinned and controlled in our quality management framework. Conexus Recovery are applying for a licence under the Financial Conduct Authority and are awaiting approval which will enable Conexus Recovery to carry out regulated debt visits on the doorstep.
