After coming across a property posted by concentric I got in contact and was greeted by Chloe, she was very helpful, polite and professional she has made the whole move in process so easy and stress free and has been a delight to deal with, 100% recommend and im very happy with how great she and her colleagues have been.

Avoid this Concentric Sales and Lettings Liverpool if you are a tenant. Afetr dealing this Letting Agent and when you're ready to move in is when you will discover the rooms can filthy with Mould around the walls, Mound behind furniture, rubbish hid under the bed to hide some of the whole disgusting attitude the people have in this Letting Agent. The manager appears to be deceitful acting in the spirit of dishonest and they can suddenly stop returning any emails or phone calls so they can deliberately treat anyone in a horrible manner. The properties are Not cleaned , they try to make the rooms to look like they in a good shape when you view it but when you actually move in you discover the truth how dishonest they are, all the repairs that have never been done, then if you email them you will be ignored. They will make sure you sign the contract away from the property so they can hide the problems. They act like scammers . You can email them , ring them they will ignore you provide they have taken your money and lure you into a situation to make you sign a document or they will not give you the keys. Very disgusting unprofessional attitude.

Due to my circumstances changing I required a place to live within the waterloo area. Having seen previous places with other estate agents. I noticed a property with concentric Lettings. After contacting I was made to feel welcome instantly by Rachel Wainright. Not only was I made welcome From the beginning but all of the information regarding the property was expertly explained by Rachel. What could have been a stressful time was made all the more easier and after an hour or so everthing was completed and I moved in the next day! Keep up the good work.

We have not let our house before, so we had little knowledge as to the process. We instructed concentric because they only deal with letting property, and have great experience in the business. They have been extremely helpful and professional throughout, I would particularly like to mention Rachel and Rebecca for their efforts. I would recommend concentric for landlords, as they manage our house rental, found good tenants and completed the process efficiently.

Hi concentric have managed our property portfolio now for over 2 years, we firstly deal with the crosby liverpool office and then when the property has been let most of our dealings focus on their head office in wolverhampton. Most recently we have had dealings with the liverpool office where we had a vacant property but were fussy about who our new tenant was going to be, id like to thank sarah who works at the crosby office for all her help and advice and patience ( which she needed a lot of ) when dealing with the letting of this property she was always there when we needed to get any answers to the many questions we posed to her along with her team who also helped us along the way both in this let and the others we have had to deal with. Most recently we have had dealings with the head office of concentric in wolverhampton, the issue was over rent, it was no ones fault but the issue needed sorting out for us and we looked to the staff there to do just that. We have had a lot of dealings with steve sutton who sorts out the payments into landlords bank accounts steve does a great job and he did his best to sort this issue out for us along with dawn bennett ( known now as dawn the troubleshooter in the nicest possible way ) We had some long conversations with dawn over the course of a few days , i even sent an email which dealt with our stance on this matter which again lead to another long phone call with dawn , who in the end sorted out the issue for us. What is important to us as landlords is that if we do have a problem with something then we are taken serious and listened to , both of these things happen when we deal with concentric both in liverpool and wolverhampton, it is for these reason we are with concentric and not another letting aqent. We now look forward to dealing with yourselves and others within your office in the future.
