I have to say, as a Landlord, that the service I have received from Concentric Lettings and, in particular, Ali Durrant and Dawn Bennett has been exceptional. Their Landlord Webinars provide a plethora of up to date information to keep me informed and ensure that I remain compliant all the way through the lettings process. I had a Landlord Health Check on a 1:2:1 basis with Ali recently and during the Rent Review it was highlighted that I was undercharging quite significantly for my property which, on a new tenancy, was resolved. I also spoke to Ali when I had issues with a previous tenancy and his advice was really helpful in my decision as to what action to take to resolve this. I currently manage my property myself but if this ever needed to change Concentric would be the only company I would approach to manage my property. Thank you and well done Concentric Lettings - you are a bright light in the ever changing, challenging and sometimes scary Lettings arena.
