In the runup to agreeing on the rental they worked really hard to get things in place for me on a tight timeline. First week living at the new place there was an issue with the water - both times I had assistance and back up and running within two hours!

Very, very good experience with Concentric. Only for check in. But fot check out was a dissaster. 90 days to do a check out. In the end Concentric charged me in £ 50 just to clean an 1. 5sqm bathroon that was not dirty at all. No good intention on the checkout. Terrible. I did a complain and Lucy didnt care about this. A good and prefessional service shoud be good in the begging and in the end. Not recomended.

To be honest, I can’t fault these guys, easily accessible, seem to have a big network of applicants, they had my property let within 48 hours of me declaring it up for let and got me top money for it too. Easy to deal with, flexible, really cannot fault them. If I have another property I genuinely would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Renting a property through Concentric Coventry. Were very helpful, guided me through the process, and dealt with minor issues well as they came up. Repairs took a little while to be completed on initial snagging but were done. No complaints and the up front fees were less than a lot of cometitors. Would definately rent through them again.

As a landlord I chose Concentric to advertise my property and I didn't get all the usual sales guff from Tony that I got from other estate agents. He was direct and to the point and understood what I wanted and went with that. Lucy and Chene really helpful and very responsive through out the process. Lucy was very professional on response with all queries and very helpful on arranging viewing with best possible out off working hrs.
