We purchased a PC bundle online but ran into some issues with it, It got sent back for diagnostic and the tech were amazing, kept me informed of what they found and what was happening next. I am very impressed with the professionalism and the knowledge of the technical team. I would 100% recommend and cannot thank them enough.

My large slave screen gave up the ghost, Rob identified the problem in a few minutes, fixed it in two days (including the time it took for the spare part to arrive) and it now works perfectly. I spilt some tea on my laptop and ran into Computers Inc Ltd in A COMPLETE PANIC. Braced with a theatrical customer such as myself who does not know anything about computers, their staff were amazing at calming me down (I was in tears) and helping me prevent further damage and sourcing new parts. They assessed the damage and allowed me to leave it overnight with them so they could dry it out properly, while also phoning up various companies the next day to try and locate a suitable replacement screen. They did this all FREE OF CHARGE. I have never come across such lovely people and such an excellent and generous service. They are honest and knowledgeable people who will go above and beyond the call of duty to help their clients. I will continue to use their services, even if I move to the other side of London!

My laptop kept overheating and upon restarting, it was not able to boot up until it cooled down. Guys at Computers Inc. Opened it and cleaned large amounts of dust which had accumulated over the years, and also repasted the components to enable more efficient cooling. It now works as when it was new. The guys also did a research on another problem I reported, and found that a design flaw of the laptop model is causing this. Nevertheless, they provided me with the trick I can use to overcome the problem, and avoid expensive replacement of the motherboard. Thumbs up for that! The service was excellent, quick and very flexible, as they even allowed me to come and collect the laptop outside their working hours. The price they charged me was also way below my expectations. I thought my expensive laptop was dead. An off chance query in passing led me to drop it in here & within 24 hrs I had it back as good as new. Actually, it seems to be better than when I first got it, . What a pleasure & the owners dry sense of humour made it quite entertaining too. Well worth it. I will also be getting my printer ink from here in future as my new cartridges cost a fortune & they seem to have top class equipment for refilling at a fraction of the cost.
