I have used Computer Support on several occasions over the last few years. Each time, David has logged onto my PC remotely and managed to fix the issues. I have also taken my PC in to the shop as it needed a new hard drive. I collected it the next day with the new drive installed. The staff are excellent at explaining things in "lay man's terms" and the charges are very reasonable. The shop is well located with plenty of parking. Most importantly, I trust this company and highly recommend their services.

Computer Support have been my right arm for a number of years, both for th companies I have worked for and personnally. The advise and help have always been first class, always giving 110% with advise and suggestions, often giving a very cost effective solution to the problems encountered. David Beckworth and his working partner have at all time been patient and courteous and helpful. Needed quick service to restore my computer when a virus hit it. Computer Support sorted it out straight away the same day. I have always found them very helpful with information, providing a quick response to any problems, charging a fair price and always willing to talk through any problems offering advice in a language understandable to someone who does not understand the workings of a computer. I would not use anyone else.

Being non IT savvy I had a number of problems and CS advised that they could probably solve them by remote control. They enabled me to pass over control and sorted things out quickly. On another occasion I needed an up grade and I left the tower with them and collected it on my way back from Scotland duly up dated.

Computer Support helped me with a Sage payroll download, they were very helpful and efficient. I also had an issue with a printer/p. C. And they resolved this with ease and proficiently.

Dave located files that had gone "missing" after another computer firm had done some work and were unable to resurrect the missing files- we were so pleased as they were greatly important. Would recommend anytime- prompt courteous service.
