After my PC stopped showing a display the team quickly pointed out that the place I purchased the PC before gave me old components and built in a way that should have failed a while ago. Both the employees who were dealing with my issue came to a quick and amazing solution where I have now a better PC and love it! Thank you for being so helpful and friendly all PC purchases and components will be done through the company and I recommend those who see this to do the same.

During my discussion I was made to feel so much more comfortable then I had ever been with my laptop. Beware of IT security companies who call to say they have found a problem with your laptop/pc. I have been scammed by a Internet security company who claimed they were from Microsoft. Bought my daughter a reconditioned Lenovo laptop before Christmas which is like new. Very pleased with the service from Rukun - he was very accommodating and available early evenings which is convenient as I work full time. Would definitely use them again.

Our laptop died at teatime I rang and took it in that evening. He looked at it while we were there but wasn't able to resolve the problem there and then. He said he would let us know what was wrong and how much it would cost before he mended it the next day which he did. That afternoon we went and collected it and happily paid for the repair. He gave us a courtesy call 2 weeks later to make sure everything was O K and that we were happy with everything. We were very happy with everything about this company and if they are prepared to ring and check you are happy then you know they have done a good job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with problems.

Have been really happy with Computer Gentles staff members dedication to helping me with resolves issues concerning my Toshiba Laptop. Very fair and prompt in dealing with my situation. Find them very sympathetic and attentive to my needs. Will highly recommend them since they do not charge call outs and are open till late evenings Monday to Friday (about 9pm I think).

Computer Gentle is very good company as I have visual impairment. Rukun customised my Computer and Icons and brought us a large keyboard to suit my large print needs. Computer Gentle are always there for us when we need assistance.

The computer no longer recognised the Password and had to be rectified. In addition, an e-mail account was set up. The professional gentleman who attended was polite and friendly and clearly explained what he was doing.
