I had a few bad experiences with my regular computer guy, who I had used for years. But I took a chance with this one as I saw a recommendation on the Which website. They fixed my PC for the price they said upfront and its still going strong 3 months later. No technical jargon and a friendly bunch. I would recommend them and use them again myself.

Never use this Company again. Very dissapointed with the service.
Response : Mr. Whiting’s PC came to us with a host of problems after a severe malware attack. We ran data recovery software on a copy of his hard drive and managed to recover 90% of his data. Unfortunately, we were unable to recover one file that Mr. Whitings particularly required. We tried our best, but Mr. Whiting was disappointed that we couldn’t do more.

I purchased a new computer and printer. They were set up and my documents and photos transferred to the new PC. The Computer Doctors suggested free anti-virus and spyware programs and the engineer explained the most efficient way to use these. I had a timed appointment so was able to be there during my lunch hour. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.
