Nick was extremely patient and helpful in helping me sort out my email and folders. He also helped me create GDPR compliant folders and ways of sending emails securely. I'm not very IT orientated so he also took time to teach me stuff on my Apple laptop. I'll be having him back soon for more help.

Nick helped us retrieve important data from a damaged SD card, which he managed to do, without any issues! All through the process, he kept us updated, and was all done within a very quick time. Would highly recommend!

I bought a new (Windows) laptop recently and I wanted to copy over most of the data and applications that were held on my other laptop. I've done this kind of task before but I wanted to make sure that it was done properly. Nick came recommended and saved me a lot of time, effort (and grief) through his knowledge and professionalism. I can't fault the level of service and expertise offered by Nick. I have a very old Apple MacBook Air which had been playing up for a while, I eventually got around to getting it sorted out. I found Nick through a Google search in my local area and based on previous customer reviews I made contact with him. A very easy guy to deal with, extremely prompt with his responses and flexible. He dealt with a couple of my issues on the day I gave him my Laptop, A new battery was ordered and subsequently he migrated Windows onto my old MacBook Air as its so old that I can't update using the Mac operating system. All completed and checked out by Nick before he gave me back my laptop, fully functional, speedy and no issues with battery longevity. All at a reasonable cost for his time and parts, certainly cheaper than purchasing a new laptop. I would have no hesitation to recommend Nick's professional services and will definitely use him again if need be.

Nick has now helped me with computer problems on two occasions. Initially he helped me solve a problem I was experiencing with my emails. Another well known local computer repair company had told me that my email records had been lost forever and there was nothing that could be done to retrieve them but Nick saved the day. He proved very patient when dealing with my ignorance of all matters technical and gave me lots of support post visit. More recently, I experienced problems when windows wouldn't load. Nick came round the very next day and sorted out this problem plus problems with my mouse pad and printer functions. The computer is now working well and I am very satisfied. I will be recommending Nick to any friends who need similar assistance and would certainly use his services again.

Nick diagnosed the problem with my sons pc running slowly and having annoying pop ups randomly appearing. Nick was very efficient in getting back to me very quickly and sourcing and ordering the additional RAM that was needed to speed up the pc. He then came the next day to fit the part and clean the pc.
